AMLI Arista

If you are moving into a new Phase II apartment, you «should» be fine. I would avoid moving here if they are putting you into a Phase I. After we renewed our lease for another year (which meant we wouldn’t be moving until ⁸⁄₂₀₁₆), they notified us of a possible construction defect. They kept saying water intrusion and issues with the insulation installation, which I don’t believe. They were helpful in accommodating a move to another AMLI community, but the only AMLI we thought would meet our needs was AMLI Interlocken. AMLI Interlocken didn’t have any availability until Aug 4^th, which wasn’t soon enough for the management office at AMLI Arista. Technically, we had to be out by July 1^st, but they were super helpful (not really) and got corporate to allow us to stay until July 18^th. They did move us, however we had to find an apartment within a 5 mile radius, for them to fulfill this portion of their unlawful eviction; not sure how else to refer to it.
Also, just be aware, according to Shannon at AMLI Arista leasing office «Per the terms of your lease, under these circumstances, we have the right to demand possession of your apartment». Hmmm… so move here, don’t move here… it’s just another pretend luxury apartment complex.

This place is crap! Evacuated us less than a 30 day notice. Did very little to accommodate us (only paying for movers fee, on their time). Costumer service is rude, has no empathy towards us at all. In general they have a poor costumer value and do not work well with others unless it’s in their best interests. Selfish people/​company to be contributing to.

I love living here! The office staff is always friendly and helpful as well as the service team. Great amenities and lots to do in the area. Couldn’t be happier

First of all I want to give a BIG shout out to Theresa! She is the most wonderful and kind hearted person I have ever dealt with in the customer service industry. My fiancé and I were sold from the minute we sat sown with her when we were looking for a place to live, we were sold within a few minutes after talking to her. She has a great personality and makes us feel very welcome and right at home when we need anything. We had a few bumps when we moved in and between her and Jessica the problems were taken care of ASAP. Never lived in a community so quiet and so clean and then to top it off when you have wonderful office staff it just makes it so much easier. Thanks again Theresa for everything you have done and making everything so smooth and being so prompt, and most of all just being YOU!

The staff moved quickly and efficiently in getting me the garage I wanted as soon as it became available. Only giving 3 stars because I’m not a fan of any apartments, if I could review the staff individually I’d have to provide several stars to Ashley, Jessica, and Lisa. The other ladies seem nice but I don’t go in the office much yet when I do it’s pleasurable.

We had to give a shout out to Jaime. She has been the most helpful positive person to deal with. Every question was answered promptly and she made us feel welcome and right at home from the beginning.
Love the pool and the parks. Sad to move but so happy with the customer service! Thanks again Jaime for everything!

Amli Arista is a wonderful place to live. It’s a safe an comfortable community perfectly located to restaurants and bar!
The apartment is comfortable and new! Thanks to the groundskeeper Maria, the sidewalks are always shoveled and the gym is always clean. When I first moved in last year I would go to the gym only to find the treadmills shut down. Turns outs a power outage was causing the machines to shut down. I spoke to Maria about it one morning and she reset the fuse to fix the problem and ever since then she comes in early every morning to ensure the machines are working properly.
This place is such a wonderful place to live because it’s clear that the staff cares about the facility and its residents.

Amli Arista is a well-​maintained, well-​managed complex. Being quiet and safe, I really enjoy living here.
My review is specifically to compliment the groundskeepers. They do a wonderful job in general. But yesterday, two of the staff really stood out to me. Maria and Juan were driving around the complex in the golf cart. They saw me walk over to my car, which was buried under 10″ of snow. Before I even began to try and unearth my vehicle, Maria stopped the golf cart and asked if they could help. I said I would appreciate that.
I had no gloves on, and my poor fingers felt like they were going to fall off. Maria and Juan swept all of the snow off, reminded me to switch my car on to warm up, put my de-​mist heaters on and scraped all the ice off of my windshield. Without their help, I would’ve been there at least 20 mins. And would’ve been an icicle. I definitely would’ve been late to my appointment without their help.
Not only did they help to dig my car out, Juan also waited next to my vehicle to make sure I could drive off over the mountain of snow in front of my car, and not get stuck.
People like Maria and Juan who go the extra mile in their jobs deserve recognition and sincere thanks. They easily could’ve driven off past me. Their assistance really is appreciated.

I worked with Jessica Johnson during my visit at Amli Arista. Due to Jessica’s amazing knowledge of leasing as well as amazing customer service skills I am looking forward to living at Amli Arista. Jessica is your go to girl if you are looking into this complex-​she is AMAZING

I am so pleased with AMLI and Arista! The apartment is beautiful and the layout is perfect for our needs. I’m loving the huge windows and all of the natural light. The grounds are beautifully kept and maintained and any and all maintenance requests have been attended to in a very timely manner.
The leasing staff was nothing short of outstanding. Jessica was so patient with me while I was trying to make my choice. She was knowledgeable, friendly and always available. She clearly loves what she does and believes in this company. She is a true asset to the staff! Thank you Jessica!

I am so HAPPY with my gorgeous apartment at AMLI Arista. When I stopped by to see about leasing an apartment, Jamie spent a lot of time with me to pick out the perfect one to meet my requirements. I especially love the view of the mountains off of my balcony and can’t believe that I get to have my morning coffee out there each day!
Maria, one of the staff at AMLI Arista, works her butt off to keep the grounds beautiful and clean. I see her from early in the morning into the evening working hard to give all of the residents a great living experience. No one is more responsive than Maria.
I thought I might feel like just a number at such a large complex, but I actually feel like family. The super friendly staff always smile and greet me by my first name. This is by far the best place I have lived in Colorado.

My boyfirend and I moved in to the Amli’s as our first place together, and although the apartment it self was nice I would never recommend living in these apartments.
*First, management is terrible. I could never get a straight answer from them and I was always told different things from different people. They do not know how to handle complaints and never resolved any issues.
*Second, the grounds are not maintained. There was dog poo all over the place, even after they threatened to fine people. My poor puppy even had a hard time finding a place to potty that was clean.
*Third, billing issues. We never knew what we were being billed for. They just send bills after we moved with no explaination. Or send us checks with no explaination. Poorly managed billing process.
*Fourth, parking!!! We were told we would always have a parking spot in our little compound quad for us and about four times a month we would come home to no empty spots. In the winter we would park blocks away on the street. I cannot bleieve a place like this would allow this! Even after we complained!
*Fifth, Noise! When you go on your walk through they will tell you that concert noise is not an issue. Well it was for us. Our apartment faced the Event Center and we would have poeple screaming outside our window at 3am, also we could hear music until about 12am during every concert. It was not fun.
Also, the apartment walls and floor are poorly insulated. We heard out neighbors walking around at all hours of the night and our neighbors below could hear out 7lb puppy walk around on our hardwood. Absolutley terrible for an apartment environment.
Overall, please beware before you get caught up in how nice the actual apartments are. I am serisously glad to not be living there anymore.

I enjoy living here and allowed to live on the 3^rd floor with my 55 pound dog. Also, my neighbor below me can’t hear the dog run. The insulation, windows and walls are solid.
They are reasonably priced and always get my maintenance requests complete within 24 hours.
I would recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you for my new home Amli.

HORRIBLE! Do Not Live Here!
We have lived in plenty of apartments over the past 10 years but this one is just ridiculous.
BUILDING:
AMLI Arista may look nice on the outside and inside but the buildings are very poorly constructed. They call these «luxury» apartments but don’t be fooled. You can here every step from your neighbors. And don’t bother complaining about noise because the staff won’t do anything about it and neither will the courtesy patrol, they straight up told us that the eviction process to get our neighbors out it too much of a hassle and that they won’t do it. So basically we were told we have to live with it and to get out of our lease you have to break the bank and give them your savings.
MANAGEMENT:
This place is very poorly managed. First the property manager is never there. Secondly we had called early on a Friday morning and left a message and didn’t receive a call back until the following Tuesday night and were told that they get busy over the weekend and that their walk-​ins are a priority. Us ‘the resident’ comes second to the staff making their quotas. I pay way too much money for this place to feel under appreciated. No issues ever resolved.
APARTMENT:
As for the apartment it’s self… It does look beautiful inside. But with a closer look, these really are not luxury constructed. The kitchen has granite but the bathrooms have laminate countertops. The wood flooring is only in the kitchen are and was not installed properly leaving cracks between every board. The doors area not hung right so during the winter be prepared for a cold drift and running the heat constantly. A corner unit must be a little nicer because the all inner units are very dark. Us and some of our neighbors have to have the kitchen lights on during the day just to see properly.
AMENITIES:
There are 2 gyms which is nice and a community pool that is kept up well. Plenty of parking inside and out. There are a few shops in walking distance (pizza place Prottos that has a bar too, hair salon, hotel with bar, frozen yogurt TCBY and mrs. Fields cookies). Anything else (like a mini-​mart or grocery store) you have to travel too. The 1stBank center is right near by so be sure to get home early on nights with events so you’ll have a parking spot. An airport is right on the other side of the street but its only small planes so its no biggie. Location is convenient as it is right next to the 36 freeway and about 20 minutes north of Denver and 20 minutes south of Boulder.
There are plenty of other apartment communities around that are just as nice. Don’t settle for this one!
