20/20 Tax Resolution

Hello. If you are reading this you are in the grave position that we are [hopefully soon we can say ‘were’]… having to research tax resolution companies. My husband and I both lost our jobs in the healthcare medical risk industry due to the Affordable Care Act [something you never hear the media talk about] and as a result our company gave us a nice retention bonus. We started working with Matt Schueller who was good but then he moved to a different department… then we were assigned Carla Gallegos. Carla has been nothing less than amazing!!! She worked with us on our payment to ²⁰⁄₂₀ knowing that we were really strapped financially and she got the Lien removed. We again had to renegotiate as I lost my job and only my husband was employed and we couldn’t make the IRS payment as previously determined. Carla helped us again with a suitable monthly payment to ²⁰⁄₂₀ and worked with us on completing an Offer in Compromise… we just received the forms to sign for this so we have no idea how this will turn out in the end. Don’t waste your money. Way too expensive and unorganized. They purposely drag out the process so they can charge you more money. You are better off doing things on your own.
