Is there an option for NEGATIVESTARS? This place deserves nothing better. People, you are aware that the costs of medical care are sky hight, right? You’re paying for it. This place has the RUDEST most discourteous front office staff. I think, never been there but I can imagine, even in a prison staff is more courteous! Oh, your doctor is ONLY available to see you for your yearly physical. NEVERWHENYOUARESICK. They should take away the license for all the doctors and this practice. I am surprised that this place is still in business. Please, mdo yourself a fvor, find another place and chase these guys out of town.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give two stars. I love the doctor I see; Dr. Winson George. Unlike others who have reviewed, I am given a regular doctor, and do not have a resident take care of me. Dr. George is great, and his bedside manner is very friendly and approachable. Here comes the frustrating part: The front desk at Bryn Mawr Family Practice is the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. Get ready to be on the phone for at least 10+ minutes to do anything with them: make an appt., get a referral, talk to a receptionist, etc. It is extremely frustrating. I have to call to make appts. during the day and my job does not allow me to walk away for 15 – 20 minutes to try and make an appt. I sat on hold for so long that it was getting close to closing time for them, so I just ended up driving over to the office instead. And don’t count on getting a friendly person on the other end once you get through to someone. Save yourself the aggravation, and find a different doctor’s office.

Don’t waste your time, find another doctor’s office! This is more of a learning program with the majority(98%) of the doctor’s are residents. It’s almost impossible to see a regular doctor! The women that answer the phone and ‘help’ you are absolutely terrible! They are just trying to get you off the phone. They answer(if you are lucky) and place you on hold before you even get a chance to say anything. If you need a refill — good luck! It’s a minimum 48 hours notice and only after the doctors have totally completed seeing all patients — which is conveniently at 5pm the same time the turn off the phones. Everyone that works at this office seems to think they have this job as a favor to you and you are bothering them. There is ZERO friendliness or caring coming from any of them! I ask you. is this the type of office you want to trust in your and your family’s care? One that only wants to get you off the phone. don’t bother us, we’re busy. I think NOT! There has to be another solution out there. I’m outta here!

We went to this office for several years. Everyone was friendly and made you feel comfortable, but it’s an office of residents. Every couple of years you had a new doctor. I wanted an office where I could start a relationship with my doctor so that he/she could have my entire history instead of having to repeat info to a new doctor every once in a while.
