This is a great salon and I recommend it to my friends and clients all the time. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Julie Akers, who is an excellent stylist and great with color too! She has always puts me at ease and makes it a relaxing time. She has a modern style and does facials too! The front desk ladies are very professional and accommodating.

The staff here are very attentive and they do an amazing job on eyebrows. But I will never get my hair colored here again. When it was first done and still wet it looked great. But after I got home and my hair started to dry (I didn’t get it dried at the salon), my hair started to turn a funky shade of yellow and there are streaks of a color I don’t have a name for. If I pull my hair back there is a visible line toward my hairline where I guess they didn’t get enough color. Not sure since I’m not a hairstylist. I normally go to Salon 427 but I decided to try The Leaf since they were a little less expensive. Lesson learned… you get what you pay for. I now I’m having to pay extra to Salon 427 to fix what The Leaf did to my hair.
