Prices are okay. $ 75 deposit, $ 50 for half the month of December, and then $ 75 again on the 1st. Lady was supposed to meet me at 9 am for me to get the keys, showed up 40 minutes later without calling to let me know that she was running ridiculously late. Not a great first impression.
