It’s so awesome having a competent, reasonably priced local hardware store in town. Another business owned by a local, this store is well stocked and has a surprising variety of hardware available.

I love having a hardware store in town! Brookston Hardware and Supply is a new in town, owned and operated by local people. We really needed a hardware and they are doing a super job of it. I build and repair a lot of stuff in my various adventures and it is so nice to have a well-​run, local hardware.
They carry a full line, including: plumbing, heating & cooling, paint, electrical, cleaning products, nuts and bolts and fasteners, tools, and so on. Just this week I was pleasantly surprised to see that they carry flowers and vegetable seedlings! If they don’t have what you need, they will get it in for you. Check it out — these guys are really doing it right.
