I ordered strawberry plants from Ison’s Nursery. The first batch was not as nice as I would have liked… about a third of them were unhealthy and I was short one plant. I emailed the company. Had a response within 24 hours and had, not only a replacement batch, but an additional batch mailed to me and received in less than a week. That is amazing customer service! Will be buying from this company for years to come.

Highly recommend staying away from this company!
After ordering two apple trees from this company and not receiving them, we finally called. The response was,“Oh, we don’t have those”.
They had no problem taking our payment and now seem to be impossible to contact. Nobody will return calls and do not seem to be anxious to remedy their lack of product (they sold us, and didn’t even have). Extremely poor business practices going on over there. It’s been almost 2 months, no product-​no refund.
