My wife and I came here to celebrate Valentine’s day dinner, and we were both very impressed with the quality service, the great tasting food and the elegance & professionalism of the restaurant. We ordered the duck duo & scallops with garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and sautéed pea shoots on the side. Everything was delicious and our server was awesome. So glad we chose C2 steakhouse and can’t wait to return.

My husband and I went to the Cache Creek casino to play penny slot machines and they offered us $ 25 a piece in dining credit if we signed up for the players card. So after we played our penny slots we wandered around and decided to eat in the C2 steak and seafood which is the finest restaurant in the casino. They are only open for dinner and so the first seating is as 5pm. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and our waitress was Amber. Amber was a doll. She was friendly and attentive and chatted with us like we were regular customers. I highly recommend you ask for Amber you will not be disappointed. She explained everything about the menu and even went and got my husband information about the casino golf course on top of impeccable dinner service. 5 star for the service! The bread basket was delicious especially the raisin bread with the sweet butter. I had the shrimp and crab appetizer which was delicious. My husband had the wedge which was ok He also had the Delmonico steak which he said good not great so that is what the 4 star rating is about.

We came here for an oldies musical show which we enjoyed. Although it’s true that the casino area is a smokey crowded hole, the steak house is an incredible smoke free oasis. The food, décor, and service were outstanding. I had the rack of lamb with garlic mashed potatoes, and a pork belly appetizer that was also yummy. I also had a nice Raymond Cabernet from there fairly extensive wine list with many good«by the glass» selections. My wife had the filet mignon with bernaise sauce which was both incredibly tender and flavorful. For her appetizer she had the french onion soup, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter, Antonio, was very friendly and attentive. All in all a first rate meal, one to remember, and probably worth the huge dose of second hand smoke. If they again have a show that we want to see, we’ll be back.

4 stars for the food, would give 5 for the good service from our bartender named Ramsey! I’ve been here a few times, Cache Creek’s steakhouse and fine dining restaurant. Menus are electronic, super tech savvy! I would recommend the lobster bisque and crab cakes to start. The cuts are always perfectly cooked and served with the sides. Their seafood is also a good choice, specifically the scallops. We usually get the trio of sides and an additional order of truffle Mac and cheese, my favorite! Forewarning: it’s filling, so that along with a steak is pretty hefty, but you can always take it home. Lots of cheese and topped with crumbs. I stopped by yesterday just to grab a drink and order the truffle Mac. It’s a must get. Broad wine list, will find a good pair for whatever entrée you choose. Their cocktail menu isn’t extensive, but I’m sure the bartenders can make whatever you like. They don’t have a wide whiskey selection, but for a smaller bar, they have a decent variety all of good quality. Ramsey(our bartender) made good recommendations for drinks and was super personable and fun to chat with. Great service!

We weren’t expecting much when we headed to Cache Creek but we’re pleasantly surprised. He and I both agreed that C2 is one of the best steakhouses we’ve been to. We’ve been to a handful to including Harris’, Maestros, and Alexander’s &C2 definitely competes with them. The décor is swanky too and wonderful top notch service. Fine dining at an Indian Casino? Yes sir! The breads and different type of butters are delicious, and fresh! Menus are on huge iPad like displays. Honestly, we were comped(due to dining with high rollers) but the high price tag here is worth it in this pretty restaurant. The quality and taste here are excellent. I did the surf n turf but subbed the filet mignon with the Delmonico steak. Everyone else but my dad’s gf got a cut of steak; she got shrimp scampi with red sauce. They also shared a Casear salad. We also got truffle mac n cheese and brussel sprouts to share as sides. I usually do get filet mignon because of the smaller size but part of me was craving fat. Fat does give beef more flavor! The Delmonico was a huge 14oz perfectly seasoned and perfectly juicy mid rare hunk of beef. The marbling was great and it wasn’t too fatty. Everyone enjoyed their steaks(24oz Porterhouse &16oz Rib Eye). Dad’s gf always loves her shrimp scampi loaded with tons of huge shrimp. Truffle mac n cheese, wasn’t mac pasta, but was solid with lots of truffle taste and smell. Brussel sprouts were standard. Of course all of us took leftovers back to our rooms. Service was excellent and the cherry on top; the complimentary chocolate truffles at the end of the meal! We definitely will be back to try more items on their menu next time when we are at Cache Creek.

The one thing that sets this place at five stars is by far the service. The spectacular personal service received by the bartender Ramsey is why we will always return to C2 and eat at the bar. His handmade margarita is hands down the best I have ever had. His smile, conversation and service make us feel welcomed and entertained. The food is always exceptional however the service is what makes our experience especially grand consistently every time.

This place is very under rated… Their Chicago Cut Ribeye & Mussels are my favorite. Make sure you try their in house Viognier. Thanks Bobby for another awesome experience… Ditto Amber, Jose & Ramsey … My fav Bartender!

Food took over one hour because they had a big party. Would have been nice if they had informed us before they took our order. We came to leave and they insisted that everything would be comped. Sat another 15 mins and they brought the food along with $ 120 bill with a $ 35 discount. Offered free desert and we just declined. Terrible service. Terrible. Just enjoy the Harvest Buffet next door.

This place is definitely top notch! It’s the«fancy» restaurant of cache creek and they did not disappoint. We walked in without a reservation, and accommodated us, without knowing it was a special nite(our wedding anniversary). Everything about this place was great. The light up menus, the beautiful plate and cup settings, it was clearly a fancy joint! The bread was a variety of three breads and three butters(regular, pesto and honey)… All three were good. I got the 15oz Delmonico steak and it melted in my mouth– it was so damn good!!! My hubby ordered the surf and turf which was on the pricey side($ 84) but so worth it! The gave us a free dessert for our anniversary and we got the coffee and chocolate ice cream mud pie– the perfect way to end our anniversary date.

This has to be one of the best seafood steakhouses I have been to in a while. I was thoroughly surprised with how great the food and service was at a casino restaurant. It never seems very busy, and the ambiance is very intimate. The waiters and host are polite, kind and attentive. I liked how the menus were lit up with a back light, making it easy to read in the dim lighting of the restaurant. I ordered a Perfect Pear martini, which has muddled pear in it. Not really sure how to describe other than sweet and smooth. I am a fan of bread and butter, and both that are provided are very good and easy to overeat. They have sourdough, cracker triangles, and a dark, raisin(or cranberry) bread that pair well with the whipped butter, pesto butter, and honey butter. The sourdough goes well with all three butter types. The crispy and crunchy triangles were sprinkled mix of various seeds and sea salt **i have encountered an oversalted batch of these** These go well with the pesto butter. The dark, sweet, raisin bread is good with the honey spread. This restaurant has amazing seafood, especially the lobster. I ordered the SEAFOODTOWER appetizer, which could be a meal in itself. Definitely should be shared between at least three people, or two starving people. The ahí was pretty fresh, and paired well with the bed of diced and sliced avocados, and the wasabi aoli drizzled around the plate. The crab cake is something that I always like to try at various restaurants(thank you Gordon Ramsey). I was pretty satisfied with the use of real crab meat inside the cake, and how it was not over salted or undercooked compared to my personal past experiences with crab cakes. As for the main course and side dishes, the filet mignon and white truffle mac and cheese is the way to go. Also the garlic mashed potatoes are pretty good as well. The meat is so tender, and so flavorful with a crispy seasoned top. I can go on and on about this place, but it is something that has to be experienced. Fair warning, it is very pricey and can easily run up to at least $ 80 to 100 for two people. Definitely worth trying if ever in the area.

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. Here’s what I think was great: –starters were delish –bread and butter YUM –free bday dessert(& i betcha) –seated quickly, had reservation –nice ambiance, table settings, presentation –host(french accent) –overall service from water top off to plates cleared pronto –after dinner chocolates(reminded me of french laundry) Here’s what was okay: –the lit menus, nice touch but they seemed to flicker LOL –prices were sorta high but i suppose it matched the way the food was presented which was higher end and appealing to the eye –wedge salad — it was good but i think it was missing something. maybe some bacon lol –server was just okay. i think she was scared or lacked personality Here’s what was not so great: –my $ 306 oz fillet was more like 4 oz and was not cooked to order. wanted medium rare and it was closer to medium well. that was very disappointing but i didn’t send it back bcuz we had the BBD concert to go to. Here’s what was out of this world — my friends and the evening overall… good times!!!

After a fun-filled day hangin’ out and catchin’ up with a good friend of mine and his buddy, we had the luxury to dine here at C2 Steak & Seafood restaurant which was conveniently located close to a high roller area and the casino cage. My friend’s buddy opted to treat us for a late dinner as a token of his significant win! I was floored when he made the offer and of course we just couldn’t resist. Earlier that evening when we first walked into the restaurant, they were booked solid and the next available time slot was at 10 pm so we managed to kill about another hour at the blackjack tables just enough for me to lose my pants. You know that feeling, coulda, shoulda, woulda but didn’t? Of course as I played, my imagination ran wild with dreams of Robin Leach’s — Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. But as always, I’m way to chicken to place that huge bet and eventually lost out. I guess it goes to prove that you are what you eat after all! When we finally checked in, we waited for a few minutes then were seated right away. The restaurant had a nice waiting lounge, sleek full bar and a pretty modern décor. The host and wait staff was dressed to impress but for the most part the clientele had on what I’d call casual casino wear(shirt, shorts, jeans, flip-flops, etc…) though some folks sported semi-formal attire. Shortly, warm and soft sliced bread was served with three different types of yummy gourmet butter. I enjoyed the bread and butter combo so much that I almost forgot that I needed an entrée. They had a pretty extensive wine list and their backlit menu book featured Starters, Salads, Soups, Sides, Steaks, Steak House Classic, Classics, Fresh Fish & Crustaceans and Desserts. Everything was a la carte off of the menu unless otherwise noted. We all made up our minds and went with a steak dish. I started off with a glass of Acacia, 2007 Pinot Noir; Carneros. Then we placed our orders: Garlic Mashed Potatoes Grilled Asparagus 14oz Delmonico Steaks 8oz Filet Mignon It took roughly about ten to fifteen minutes for the food to join us then it was grub time. We all agreed that the garlic mash and the grilled asparagus were a hit delicious. Though barely plated for presentation, the whole caramelized onion garnish went wonderfully well with the delmonico steak, not to mention the temperature of the meat was perfectly executed. However, the flavor of the steak itself could use a little bit more bam massage with its seasoning. My friends scored their steak and overall meals experience two thumbs up and I totally agree! I wish I could say the same for my gaming streak, oh well…

(pronounced C-squared) One of my favorite steak houses! And the seafood is banging! Plus, being in a casino makes this place even a little more attractive =) The beef is cut to specification onsite, with portions ranging from a petite filet mignon to a beautifully marbled 32 ounce Chicago-cut rib eye(my 25th birthday steak). «The European-style bar offers a wide selection of beverages, including 12 and 18-year old single-malt Highland scotches, refreshing martinis and cocktails, beers from around the world and a vast 400-bottle wine list that includes both international and boutique local wines.» If you want escargot, they have it. Although, this isn’t the best trial place for the inexperienced, find somewhere that serves it baked instead of sauteed. Dishes that particularly stand out, other than the steaks, are: the lobster tempura, seafood tower, mashed potatos and the grand soufflé but everything is wonderful here. Not only is C2 home of some of my favorite steaks but my favorite waiter also works there. Wayne is flaming and fabulous. He will make your dining experience remarkable! Sit in his section. Surprisingly the ambiance is that of fine dining, remarkably blocking out the noises of the slots. Definitely an enjoyable place. I consider it a meal well worth the two hour drive that it is from me.
