I worked with Yaroslav to rent out an apt in Prospect Lefferts Garden. While I understand that this is outside the general area he normally covers, which is Manhattan and North Brooklyn, he was happy to take on the listing. He was very good at following up with me — a good thing because I am admittedly terrible at that. He arranged interior pictures to be taken as soon as I gave him keys and posted the unit up in all the channels that Douglas Elliman employs to market rentals.
He was great at updating me of interested parties and screening potential renters on my behalf. While I generally market apartments on my own, I found it was a painless decision to let Yaroslav do all the legwork on this one. Needless to say, I am quite happy with the results and will have no reservation calling on him to fill future vacancies or recommending him to colleagues who need to fill apartments.

I would like to recommend Yaroslav to anyone considering using a broker to sell their home, or buy one. I really appreciated that he spent a great deal of effort researching and putting together the exact (and exacting) information that I needed in order to put my UWS co-​op apartment on the market, going into great detail to help me pinpoint, for starters, the best asking price. And he also spent a good deal of time presenting this information to me and answering to my satisfaction (and education) any question I asked. He impresses me as a hard-​working, committed, very focused and intelligent young man – and also a very nice person. I hope you will strongly consider using Yaroslav to represent you in selling or buying as I have no doubt that he will help you achieve your goals in a very professional, efficient, responsive, dependable and expeditious manner.

When I first started looking for rental apartments, it was like a pack of wild dogs descended upon me. I was getting pressured by real estate agents into taking terrible apartments in disrepair that were not in the neighborhood I desired and above my price limit. I’m talking about you, Key Real Estate, and that’s gonna be another review.
Yaroslav stood out from the rest, because he actually located a beautiful apartment with high ceilings in my price range, in Alphabet City and did not pressure me at all and maintained a very polite, respectful air.
I later went on to work with him in buying an apartment. As a buyer agent, he absorbed all of my (ever-​shifting, oops,) picky criteria, including the fact that I might want to use the apartment as an investment in the future. He tactfully pointed me to neighborhoods that could fetch higher rents, which is necessary if you’re going to sublet it in the future, and away from the revenue loser of a neighborhood I was eyeing. I am totally grateful for this.
He was very knowledgeable about the entire co-​op buying process and was always responsive and friendly if I had a question. He was always on top of things, gently reminding me about the paperwork I should be submitting, instead of… umm… watching Breaking Bad. With his assistance, I moved into my apartment three months after signing a contract, the fastest I have ever heard of in New York City. I absolutely recommend Yaroslav. He is the definition of «full service.»

I have recently being working with Yaroslav in getting my apartment rented, and all I can say is that he is a magnificent real estate agent, not only about how well work was done but how he managed to get my apartment rented right away.
