My brother accidentally shattered his screen on his lenova alienware laptop and he was hysterical cause he had a few projects unsaved on the laptop. Long story. Anyways I called Xin Yuan and asked for a price quote and they straight up told me it would be $ 100 – 200 depending on the screen. I went in and told them the story and asked if I could somehow save the projects before they fix the laptop, the laptop was on standby the entire time. They were extremely helpful as they connected the laptop to a monitor and i was able to save the projects from there. Then they took the laptop apart and put it back together with a new screen.
I was in and out within 45 minutes. Granted, there was only 1 person ahead of me getting his phone fixed. And it was only $ 100!!! I checked online and getting the screen fixed for laptops costs around $ 200 – 300. I was very happy with their service and I will definitely come back in the future.
BTW, CASH ONLY!!!
Also, they had a 30 day warranty for the screen thing.
