Nothing crazy. decent Pizza for a decent price. With all the healthy and healthier, and even more healthier food places in the neighborhood, sometime you just want a good Pizza, with all the extras. They are very generous with the cheese and the pepperoni. And when i asked them to make it well done, they really made it well done with a little burning at the edges. If you love Peparoni Pizza, go for that topping. You will not get disappointed.

I had two very good vodka slices here! Kind of thin crust, oily but in a good way. A little expensive, though. Eight bucks for two slices of pizza and a can of Arizona. Then again I dont really order pizza too often, so maybe thats actually reasonable…

Great pizza in Carroll Gardens. Lupe, who seems to be the main worker, is the man. Pizza is always piping hot with a ton of cheese. The meatball pie is fantastic as well as the pepperoni. You only need maybe 2 slices to feel like you ate a small village and pretty much not have to eat for the next few days.

The caprese pie at this place is excellent. The staff is so nice to us… I can’t even find something to complain about. Such nice people.

This place has been around for years. One of my best friends grew up in the neighborhood and remembers that this place had great baked ziti. He hasn’t had food from here since his teens because he’s developed allergies to dairy. Well, the ownership or the chef must have changed. The baked ziti was not special by any stretch of the imagination. The pizza — nothing special. The eggplant parm — ok, but I’ve had much better. The spaghetti with meatballs — I make a better one.

Last year, I came all the way out to Bk when visiting to go to another pizza place and there were closed. I found myself at World Pie and was cozy and happy. This year I returned for pizza on the way to the Brooklyn Botanic garden. I was a bit less impressed. The people who work there are nice and welcoming and the pizza was alright. I just don’t think I’ll make the trek to come here again.

Big greasy slices and the pies are cheap. The crust is definitely the best part, all crunchy and crisp but just chewy enough in the middle and dusted with the perfect amount of corn meal. Their sauce isn’t half bad either and they’re generous with the toppings. Delivery is fast and the food gets there hot. World Pie isn’t the best pizza in Brooklyn but it’s pretty damn good and the prices are tres reasonable. Recommended.

World Pie never stops surprising me with its bang for the buck. They can hold their own against anyone in the area when it comes to «normal» pizza. You won’t find much in the way of gourmet style pies, but for straight-up two slices on the walk home it cannot be beaten. The crew there is also extremely friendly. They could be more attentive, but they make you feel like a local from the first time you go in. They don’t don’t have the smooth combination of confidence and humility of the owners of Vinny’s, but they are hella nice folks. They also have killer beef patties.

Formerly Mola Pizza, this pizzeria, Italian restaurant, and caterer features your usual pies, calzones, heros, pasta, and other fare. I’ve only ordered delivery from them — they deliver until 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and until 9 p.m. Sunday — and it was OK. Good, but not great. For $ 15 plus tip tonight, I got a medium pie with black olives and mushrooms. The cheese was fresh and melty, the crust fine and dandy, and the mushrooms… canned — as far as I can tell. Why, oh, why would you use canned mushrooms? That said, the pizza was plenty garlicky, which was welcome. As said, good, but not great.

Amazing pizza and a good variety of options. They have a good number of vegetarian choices as well. You get amazing Italian food at Pizzaria prices!

One of the many excellent pizza places in Carroll Gardens. What is surprising is that the pasta here is better than at most Italian Restaurants in Manhattan at half the price. I normally order the pasta primavera– very fresh. The downside of this is that the meals are made to order so that wait can be a little long. I think it is worth it.
