I have ordered from this restaurant approximately three(3) times, and each time the quality of both the food and the customer service further diminished. I placed the order via Grub-Hub and selected a thousand islands dressing with my salad that was indicated in my order summary; however, never received the dressing with none of my orders. I ordered a whole chicken that arrived with no white meat although I called this time to confirm prior to my delivery that the dressing for my salad and some white meat would be included with my order, to no avail, they failed to include those items anyway. I called them and they placed the manager(the same one I confirmed with) on the phone who was rude and resistant(as if he was expecting the call). He stated«If you want dressing you have to pay an additional $ 2.00,» and I expressed to him that it was included in my order, and reminded him that i confirmed with him specifically. I also requested that he bring the dressing for my salad, and provide me with some white meat as I requested and confirmed, and he declined. I requested a refund, and he stated«Bring me my food back and I will give you your money,» and since it was a delivery I requested that he come and retrieve the food and refund me, and he also declined and hung up the phone. Ultimately, I had to contact Grub-Hub and inform them of what transpired, and they attempted to contact him and get the situation resolved. The manager reiterated the same response he gave me, to him. The Grub-Hub staff informed him that dressing is included in the order and he denied it, and failed to cooperate. Thus, Grub-Hub refunded me, and apologized for what I encountered. ***Needless to say, this was in fact, my last time****

Lunch special(large portions) with a can of soda cost $ 7.75. The food was very good, so good that I went back a couple days later for the lunch special again. This time a different lady served me and tried to charge $ 9.75 for the same exact thing. I asked her why there was a difference in the price and she said it was because I used my debit card. I informed her that I used my card last time and wasn’t charged a fee then she said will tax was $ 2. I informed her that I paid tax last time and it came up to $ 7.75. I ended up telling her«never mind, I’ll eat at the other Spanish restaurant up the block». Then she said«oh here mami, you can just pay 7 now and the rest later». WTF! The rest of what. Needless to say I just walked out. I’m giving them 3 stars because good food is good food despite incompetent staff. Overall: I’m on the fence with this one. I’ll be back when they have their pricing scale situated.
