Robert made our experience very pleasant. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional.
He explained everything in detail. Even when he started to get busy, he was great at multi tasking
and delegating responsibility to his employee so
that nobody felt neglected. Overall it was an excellent experience worthy of more than five stars. I highly recommend Robert without hesitation.

I’ve been going to this Verizon store for years. They are always extremely helpful and make sure that every customer leaves happy. I want to give a special shoutout to Max — we’ve been going to him for years and he is not only an awesome guy, but he answers any and all of your questions and helps us make decisions about our phones. 5 stars!

I came here with my boyfriend to get on a family plan and get a new phone. This store is well put and the rep that helped us, Robert, was very knowledgeable and able to guide us through it with such ease. Also, he was the only one there dealing with 3 different customers at once but his multi-​task skills were evident. Thought it was going to take forever and be a complete hassle before I got there but I dreaded for nothing. I’m glad we came to this store. We made good business and even shared a good, humorous conversation.

I’m a technophobe who hates getting new technology and signing up for any kind of technology plan. The reps at this Verizon store were unbelievably helpful and were able to explain things to me in «layman’ terms» that I could actually understand. The girl who helped me, Anostasiya, was great and was able to help me choose a plan that worked for my needs without pushing me to get a bunch of features I don’t need or want. She was awesome. I love my new phone and am happy with the plan. Also, the next day I called with some questions and the guy who answered was very very helpful as well. The whole experience was pleasant and good. The team at this store are a huge asset to the company!

Came in with my family for an upgrade and these guys were the only ones who had everything that we needed in stock! Also were very quick with all the upgrades, and even transferred all the information from our previous phones to the new ones! Gave us a great discount on all the accessories! We will definitely come back here in the future.
