Really personal service. They stayed with me after closing time and took care of my entire switch over from at&t. Thanks!

My husband took my iPhone there to repair the screen. He paid more than most places charge but was able to have it repaired the same day. The following day I placed the phone in my work bag as usual and when I took it out it the next morning after carrying my bag, the glass had a small star like crack that then spread down the screen when I used the phone. I brought it back and the man in the store was incredibly rude and condescending and refused to do anything about it. It was obviously a faulty part or repair but he wanted me to pay full price to fix it after less than 2 days of regular use. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? Avoid at all costs.

I came into this store once a few months ago, and still think about what jerkoffs were behind the counter. Looks like plenty other folks were treated poorly by these men and beat me to the bad reviews! There were two men behind the counter when I came in needing a new phone — a young skinny guy, and a middle-aged fat piece of townie sh*t. The young guy had no idea what he was doing, and was kind of worthless. The older guy, though, was worse than useless. All he did was laugh at me for thinking they would have a certain phone in stock, proceeded to ignore me, and then gave me some kind of scolding for trying to continue to receive assistance from him. Neither of these guys had any actual work to do. I was the only person in the store. This nasty, lazy man just seemed so ingrained in his miserable job and ugly attitude that there was no hope in him accomplishing anything in his life — including merely helping one customer get one phone.

The young woman who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. However, the young man who works there thinks nothing of making statements and promises, which he does not honor, and them, with a straight face, shows no remorse, and would rather have you walk out than keep his word. His repair was shoddy, as I had to return when he forgot to wire the speaker when replacing my glass. Instead of taking deposits as quoted, he would charge full price. It took me 3 separate trips there to have the repair started, and even when I came exactly as scheduled, he was hesitant to proceed until the woman coworker prodded him to.

Hey folks, I’ll make this as brief as possible — although that’s difficult considering the circumstances. I live in the neighborhood, and walked to The Paging Zone(authorized verizon retailer) approximately one week prior to the iPhone 5s going on sale(around 9.10.13). The sales woman told me I could«pre-order» the phone right then, and promised I would have it in my hand by 9.20.13. I asked, «but I thought you couldn’t pre-order the iPhone 5s?» She gave me some ridiculous response about how and why they could — I believed it, because I wanted to, but had my doubts. I put a deposit down(half the cost of the phone) and left feeling excited. Fast forward to Friday, September 20th: I head to the store after work, excited to pick up my new phone. I had called the store that day ensuring that it was there, and she said the phone is «on the fed ex truck» and that she’s just waiting for them to arrive with all of the pre-ordered merchandise. I get to the store, and of course, no phone. I asked for the tracking number, which she said she could not provide. She then went into the«back-end» of to «check the status.» The manager tells me it states there that my phone will arrive within two days. I had a bad feeling, so I called Verizon the next morning to let them know the situation and asked that they look into this for me. They did, and notified me that the phones were never able to be pre-ordered, and that the store actually ordered the phone the morning of September 20th(when she initially told me it would arrive) and that the phone wouldn’t actually ship until October 28th(meaning it would not then arrive until the beginning of November). I have no idea how this store thought they would be able to lie to me for the next 6 weeks? I went to the store with my new found knowledge demanding my refund back as there was no way I was going to do business with these people/wait another 6 weeks for my phone. She proceeded to tell me that their credit card machine was down, and fabricated an entire lie about it being fixed the next morning so I could come in then and get my deposit back. I had my boyfriend call an hour later pretending to order something over the phone with his credit card. Machine was NOT broken. I walked into the store the next day(this morning) enraged and sort of like a walking time-bomb. The same sales person began to tell me that there are no refunds of any kind. Prior to really losing my cool, she got the owner on the phone and proceeded to tell him the story with total mis-truths. I took the phone from her, spoke with the owner, told him exactly what happened, and received my refund for the deposit I put down on a phone that I have not received. Do not do business with these people. The aggravation I have had from this ridiculous situation is more than anyone should have to have. I was also informed that they sell used phones as NEW phones. They are running a very dirty business — shady as well. Please go to an actual Verizon store, and avoid the frustration and anger that I have had to deal with these last couple of weeks.

The store smells like a cat-den. The guy is a sloppy j3rk0ff. I’ll take my business elsewhere, no problem.

This store sent me a spam text message(which I had to pay for) trying to get me to pre-order an iPhone 5. I don’t know how they got my number but i’m sure it was through some shady means. Will never shop here ever.
