Got the breakfast burrito this morning with coffee. Burrito was delicious! I had them take out the rice and add avocado with bacon instead. Definitely left me satisfied and will return for more in the future! Made the review 4 stars instead of 5 because coffee wasn’t spectacular, a little burnt even.

For a place that calls itself rustic, their bread is anything but. The stock used on sandwiches can’t hold up the load and should not be used. A suggestion would be to use quality bread that at least elevates their mediocre ingredients and lives up to the name rustic. Waste of money and time. Don’t bother.

My turkey sandwich was literally made with dust. Please see pic. Nasty and dry. Terrible bread. The tomato soup on the other hand was good. Honestly did they dehydrate this turkey then pulverize it into nothingness then charge me $ 10.

They have good food and I’ve gotten timely delivery before, but an 1.5 hours later I call looking for my order and they claim it was never placed. Yet I have an email confirmation and my card has been charged and they still claim it was not place. After speaking with two people, suddenly they say they«found it in a pile of slips» and«sorry we are just super backed up». Great excuse when I placed my order 10 minutes after you opened Sunday morning. Things happen but don’t give me a lame excuse. 2.5 hours later, I have my breakfast and it wasn’t even great. Too bad.

Really enjoyed this place for a quick meal. The soup(tomato basil) and the grilled cheese with pulled pork were both delicious. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area.

Great place, I walked in just stuck in the neighbourhood I need a breakfast sandwich I was very surprised at the high prices but notice that they have very unique individual artisan rolls ingredients eggs in very sharp white cheddar excellent breakfast sandwich exactly what you would expect in Williamsburg very hipster and very unordinary unique different types of drinks and rustic atmosphere

Wow — I’ve had a good sandwich from UR before but this one today was baaaad. I ordered the cobble hill to go. When I opened it up, the bread was soggy and falling off of the sandwich. So messy, some of the onions were on top? Overall just really gross. Such a bummer.

Have ordered from them a few times; delivery is always early and the food is on point. The soups and sandwiches are simple and good. Who doesn’t want a little more of that in their lives?!

Two permanent soups — tomato basil and chicken noodle. One soup of the day.

The trains get crazy when it rains. I got off at lorimer and was already running late. I got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. It was about 11 bucks. I am independently wealthy so this is no big deal for me. Now if I were a peasant like the rest of you I would be really heated over this. I’m at work now taking in the dough and enjoying breakfast.

This review is based off of delivery. I work for a business and we order here frequently, probably once or twice a week with $ 100 orders. However the past handful of times we ordered, the food was unsatisfactory. We were missing two soups, dressing for salad and the drink we ordered spilled all over the food when requested to place the drink in a separate bag to prevent spilling. I called the restaurant to let them know the missing order and they refused to send it right away. They said it’d take about an hour or two to deliver the missing items. This issue has happened more than 3 times in the past month. The customer service is lazy and the orders always have forgotten items. We wont order here again unless we get contacted by the business about the issue.

I can’t go here anymore. They seriously need to hire new sandwich makers. It’s so clear the people in the kitchen don’t give a rat’s ass about the customers or the restaurant. The last time I was there I ordered a sandwich during an off peak hour, when I was pretty much the only customer. People at the register are always nice enough. But then the one guy behind the sandwich counter is talking to one of his friends whom I go and stand next to. My order ticket is just sitting there. A minute passes as I watch the sandwich maker accept, with gloved hands, a $ 5 bill from his friend. He then puts some dirty pans in the back sink and turns on the faucet before returning to making my sandwich. I was really ALARMED. Because what’s the point of having food gloves if you’re going to touch money and the kitchen faucet… And then cut sandwich bread in half… And then touch the chicken breast… And then go back to turn the faucet off… all while wearing the same latex gloves. Isn’t part of the point of having a semi-open kitchen to show customers that you are legit? I went to the cashier and asked for a refund, saying I couldn’t eat there, sorry. Such a bummer. I really like the idea of this place but it is too poorly managed.

Tucked away from the more busy streets, Urban Rustic was a delight to find when I had time to spare before my yoga class. Urban Rustic is great lunch spot for to-go items, juices and smoothies, and sandwiches. They have enough seating(go to the back of the restaurant for more!), and the ambiance is decent enough to get your study on. I came here for a quick drink and got the juice Johns Brook with beets, carrot, kale and apple. It was refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. As I watched the café workers prepare the lunches of other customers, I felt a pang of jealousy. The food looked really delicious and pretty. If only I had more time to stay longer… Next time, Urban Rustic! I’ll come back for more!

Great spot for sandwiches and salads for lunch. I typical get something in a wrap but I’ve been working my way through the specialty sandwiches and haven’t found anything I didn’t like.

Someone must say it, and it’s affected everyone that’s walked in that door, or tried to open that door and finally got it on the the third try — THEDOOROPENSTHEWRONGWAY. 100% of the time I pull wrongly first instead of the correct push. Food runners for the patio can’t get out, they have to ask for help to pull out! PULLOUTGAMEWEAK!

I can’t seem to find the location on South 2nd& Havemeyer St. through Unilocal, and the establishment does not have a business name on their building. However, their food is always wrapped with«Urban Rustic» tape, so I assume it’s the same place. I’ve had a breakfast sandwich with swiss, sausages and egg, all inside a potato roll. Obviously delicious! You can never go wrong with a class meat, egg & cheese breakfast roll. I’ve also had the Urban Rustic Power Wrap, which is amazing. Dabble some hot sauce on that bad boy. Everything I’ve tried is good, but not 5-star great. It tends to be a little too greasy for my taste. However, this is a go to spot for breakfast on the go and I will be back for more.

This place is cute albeit a little bit dark inside even on a bright sunny morning. The cashier was not particularly warm are friendly but was reasonably efficient. People trickled in and she got them in and out quickly. My friend and I both got iced roiboos tease and they were delicious. My friend also got a bacon egg and cheese on whole wheat bread and it was enormous, with a ton of bacon, and just generally looked absolutely delicious. She scarfed it down and I was jealous. I would definitely come back if I wanted a quick egg and cheese sandwich or something of the like as there aren’t many places in the neighborhood. I would also probably come back just for coffee as in the immediate vicinity it’s the most appealing option.

I enjoyed their breakfast sandwich, which you can fully customize with any style eggs, bread, cheese, meat, etc. Most breakfast includes a side salad. The space is definitely rustic, but comfortable. Seating can be cramped, but manageable.

Very cool smoothie options and some strange ones as well. Definitely expect a wait if you’re coming on a weekend afternoon. People come through for salads, breakfast sandwiches, beer, brunch, and caffeine drinks. They have everything here. Also expect to pay a little more than most counter places in this area.
