When I realized that it was a time to replace my old bed, I got swamped with the choices of different stores. Since I live in a typical Manhattan apartment that is more like a shoe box than an apartment, space is a major issue for me and I needed someone who can help me with choosing the right bed room set without compromising quality but reasonably priced at the same time and this turned out not to be so easy. I started to get desperate when a good friend of mine has recommended United Furniture Group in Brooklyn and online, where she had purchased her new bedroom set that she was very happy with. I was skeptical and kind of lazy to make a trip to Brooklyn but I decided to give it a try looked at their website and first called this store. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted warmly by Alex T. who reassured me that they have many options for me to choose from considering the apt space limitations and my personal high demands for quality/​cost value. Alex’s friendliness, professionalism and enthusiasm made me want to go visit this store and get his advice in person. Surprisingly, commute to the store was easy.
The store is set up in a very efficient way, the problem that I had was that I couldn’t chose among different sets that I liked, so that was when Alex’s practical and very professional advice came handy and he helped me to decide what will be my new bedroom! It was important to him that I will leave happy and he even talked me out of some more expansive options that he thought won’t be a good fit for me and my apartment. I don’t know about you, but I don’t get this treatment from salespeople too often. After finalizing the payment I left the store excited about my new bedroom and couldn’t wait to get it delivered. My furniture was delivered to me promptly, exactly when it was promised to be delivered. I have to mention that Alex and his delivery team went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule. I could make only 2 hours in the late Friday afternoon for the delivery. They made it on time, bringing all the furniture to my 4^th floor walk up (sorry guys for no elevator!) and assembling my bedroom set in 1−2−3. I can’t be happier with the service I got and with my new amazingly beautiful and comfortable bedroom set. My bedroom has definitely got a good portion of good vibe and positive energy that this company channels.
