I called at 10:09(website says they close at 10:45 and I got a rather curt response that the kitchen closes at 10:00. Well, maybe you should put that on you menu instead of 10:45. They also don’t take credit cards, only cash, which really sucks.

To B or not to B Thai? Food here is not so great. Everything looked a little dead, lacking color. And the flavors were all a little funky. Maybe don’t eat hear if you have high(or average) standards for food quality.

Got pad thai and prig king, both with chicken. Both lacked flavor and looked unappealing. Next morning, hello food poisoning :(

I gave it a couple of chances to see what the buzz is all about at this Thai restaurant. It’s average. Nothing special or memorable. I still don’t get why it was rated so high for a long time.

Absolutely my favorite Thai take-out in Brooklyn. Even though I don’t live in the area anymore, I’ll still travel there and back to pick up their delicious crag rangoon and massaman curry. Excellent staff as well!

Incredibly tasty, but you are going to want a toilet close by afterwards, if you know what I mean.

Delivery was fast, and pad thai was pretty good! It’s a solid place, but nothing incredible, in my experience.

We ordered from To B Thai off Seamless for the first time after numerous bad Thai Food delivery experiences. I’m pleased to report that the food seemed pretty on point for delivery. I got an order of Pad See Ew with mock duck, and Red Curry with tofu. We also ordered some fried tofu and crab cheese wontons because, why not. The Pad See Ew was nice a flavorful as well as the curry. A nice selection of vegetables in the curry, not overloaded with onions and peppers like a lot of places. Crab cheese wontons were even a wee bit fancier then the usual and a little more tasty with some scallion. I probably will skip the tofu app next time, not because it wasn’t tasty but because it’s just boring. We are giving To B Thai three starts because the actually delivery was a bit of a fail. The bag came soaked in curry sauce and ripped open and made a huge mess. I recommend they use a better container in order to avoid this. We lost about 40% of our curry and had a lot of clean up to do. All our food was covered in curry. We also requested no utensils and got the full work up.

I have never eaten in the actual restaurant, but have ordered many times for delivery. We’ve had issues in the past with them having slow delivery, but their food is good. They’ve been better the last few times we ordered so I’m warming back up to them. Their duck salad is very good and we’ve found their wings to be very good. The rest of their fare is above average Thai food. I’d recommend it, but order early.

Delicious… only thing that upset me is the fact that I have passsd this place soOo many times and never gave them a chance. big mistake!!.the curry chicken dumplings and fried ice cream alone make it worth trying.

Delivery is typically prompt from Grubhub — they’re about 1.75 miles away. Sometimes they’re startlingly fast, actually. The food is pretty typical American thai, a little on the sweet side, but no more than most average places. Pad thai could have more crushed peanuts, as it currently has none. I stick to really common dishes like pad thai and massaman curry — once when I ordered a different curry there were very few ingredients, which was disappointing. But I still rate the place four stars because they’re more reliable than a three-star place in this neighborhood; really 3.5 is more accurate. I’ve never eaten in the restaurant.

The staff is super friendly and their food is ALWAYS on point, oh and delivery is fast too. We always order pineapple fried rice, pad Thai, crab Rangoon and Thai iced tea. Perfect family meal!

I’ve lived around this area all my life, and have only come here once– after a mishap at the airport leading to a delayed flight. Not bad for a local Thai joint, it’s relatively small, mostly take out, but good for small dinners and inexpensive meals. I got a sticky coconut rice and mango, which is one of my favorite Thai dishes, as well as a tofu Pad Kee Mow. My mom got a Massaman curry, and my dad got a beef pad Thai. The food is pretty good, service was good, and I would come back again sometime to try some other dishes that appealed to me.

I can’t believe I didn’t try this place earlier, it’s definitely a neighborhood eatery. Small with a few dine in tables that doesn’t seem to fill up. I think most of their orders are delivery but I dined in both the times I visited. The curry puffs are super tasty, the tom yum shrimp soup is devine, we also tried fish cakes which were interesting but not sure I would try it again. The sauce threw me off. The crispy duck salad was super tasty, a bit overdressed. And thai iced tea of course. I took off half a star because there are too many DANGCARROTS everywhere!!! to the point where it was annoying to move out the way becuase there is no way you can eat that many carrots in one sitting! .some raw, some midway cooked. we also tried the green curry with duck which was tasty but small. spicy! and the basil shrimp dish as well which was insanely spicy(maybe just for me). I took off another half of a star because of the spice. they had all the peppers in the dish and seeds as well(as mentioned by another Unilocaler). If they were going to keep the seeds in there they should ask how spicy you would like similar to a Korean place. Mild, Spicy or very spicy… the food was great though so will def be back!

This food is sooo damn delicious! & cheap! We are Thai food junkies and this place is going on the family favs list. Fo Shiznayee! We had the lunch special, which came with a salad & spring roll, The wings & fishcakes were our appetizers and the veggie & chicken Pad Thai our main course. 2 Thai Iced coffees to wash it all down & our mother/daughter lunch was a raving success. Total cost: $ 32.45!!! saaaay Word!!!

Ordered delivery from here, a pad kee mow, a green curry, and a summer roll. The food was just plain sad. My pad kee mow was way too spicy, and they left a whole pepper top, seeds and all in my dish. Girlfriend’s green curry wasn’t really memorable, just too full of different ingredients. Worst was the summer roll, small shrimps inside with a burst rice wrapper. Why would you cut it? Just leave the thing whole. $ 4.95 for a summer roll cut in half is just a crime. Overall, the value’s not there. Food is overpriced or underportioned, you decide. There are way better Thai options to order from. P. S. slices of carrot on your summer rolls for garnish may fly in the restaurant, but if you send them out for delivery, they just stick to your rice wrapper and become inedible!

Ordered Delivery after perusing highest star ratings for Thai food in the area Ordered: Salad: with fried tofu, mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes and yummy peanut dressing Panang Curry: this is by FAR my favorite type of curry and not all thai restaurants offer this type of curry. It is a sweeter or more mild curry but is SUPER tasty(when done right). I always ask to add pineapple as it enhances the sweetness and yummyness factor! To B Thai did not disappoint! This was done very well and was exactly how I like it done! So happy that I found a place that makes good curry!!! I had it with chicken. The chicken was a tad dry for my liking but the flavorful curry, pineapple, carrots and string beans made up for it! My only other complaint is that the bag was a little covered with the curry sauce. I will definitely be ordering from here again if not visiting the venue!

Just a simple thai place. I get delivery from here sometimes and their portions are excellent. Their lunch special can’t be beat with a salad, roll, drink and meal for only $ 9!

Ordered delivery from this place today as its one of the few Thai places in the Ocean Parkway neighborhood that delivers. Wrong choice. Ordered the curry puffs and pad kee-mow for little less than $ 20. Order was initially confirmed on eat24, and a half hour later I get another email from eat24 saying they can’t get in touch with restaurant. I try calling restaurant myself 4 different times from two different phone numbers. Each time someone picked up the phone, I could hear background noise and when I said, «hello? Hello?» I was ignored. In the end, didn’t get my food nor a live person on the phone willing to respond at this terrible place. Will never order from here again and will definitely not visit in person.

There are 3 take out Thai place in the area. Another one is a higher end and pricier. I like their lunch special which is pretty reasonably priced. But for a dinner meal, look around $ 10? Recently they have up their decoration and I would say it’s good for a date.(cheap one) Anyway, you have to try this place if in the area thou. I would just got for their regulars from curry to noodle dish. I enjoy their green curry which is sweet but not too much. plenty of veggie and you can ask for tofu if you are a vegan.(why???) Take out, I suggest you call 15 minutes ahead because they are busy.

I’ve been ordering here since I moved to the area last year. I literally have zero complaints about them. The food is always hot and tastes great. They almost always deliver my food way before the estimated time. The buzzer to my apartment is broken and they always follow my directions to call when they are here. I typically order the las Thai and pad see ew. I know, I’m so adventurous. I’ve tried other things on the menu and everything was the . I’ve done pick up a few times and the waitresses are so nice. And I thought this was lol worthy: the one time I dined in with an Asian person, the waitress gave him chopsticks but gave me a fork haha. I like them.

There are not a lot of take-out and food options in this neighborhood but I feel To B Thai is a solid choice every time. It’s not outstanding, blow you away good but it does the job if you are craving some Pad Thai. Generally, that’s all that I would get or a spring roll. Or I’ll splurge with getting shrimp Pad Thai. I’m a creature of comfort. The place in itself is pretty small for dining in and not insanely clean looking. It’s a take-out kind of spot. The only large beef I have with them(no pun intended) is that I feel their food is a tad over-priced. Close to $ 10 for mediocre noodles in a neighborhood that isn’t Park Slope. Don’t get a hot head. I’d eat here more frequently if they had all day special combos or were like a buck or two cheaper.

Great neighborhood restaurant. I always get their red curry with chicken. It’s very flavorful and just enough to fill my hunger but not overly stuff myself. The only warning I have is that it’s a cash business so bring at least $ 15 for one person with tax and tip and $ 30 for a couple. They have a tv that always has sports playing, guess they have sports fans working there. The service is good and the quality is good. I will be coming back.
