This shop is located right next to my job and very convenient when I want to buy Alex and ani bracelets. Instead of traveling to the soho store I can come right here and get everything for the same price. They have great customer service! They are also licensed Pandora retailers! I’m definitely saving to buy a ring that I lost a while ago! Great service, beautiful inside, and wonderful people to help you!

I came in for a ring resizing. After specifically telling them not to polish an unfinished silver tone brass ring it they ended polishing my one of a kind Maison Martin Margiela ring, completely ruining the finish. The then tried to sand away for a more matte look, only changing the color of the piece over and over to the point where I just asked them to stop. Their explination was incertitude and blasé, and refused to admit that they had made a mistake. The manager then tried overawe by saying assuming I was ignorant to what I was talking about, when in fact I photograph jewelry for a living. I refused to pay for the work asked that I be reimbursed for the ring itself not that it looks like a cheap knock off that once was that in no way shape or form would he do that and that I can«take my story somewhere else.» After saying that he would continue to work on it and wasn’t about to risk my chances after several carless mishaps and an uninvting demeanor that I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Tivoli is a top notch Jewelry store that treated me great! I get all my jewelry here as well as my family and friends. Rob as helped a bunch of my friends get beautiful engagement rings and they all are extremely grateful for me referring them to Tivoli. Reading the negative comments it seems to me people are just upset because they cant read any of their policies and assume something different. Anyways If I didnt like a piece of jewelery I returned it with no problem and either got my money back or got something that my wife liked better. I dont recommend much but Tivoli I do and everyone always was very happy with their experience. Great store, Great prices!

I do not normally take the time to write reviews on Unilocal, but I think I have to in this case. THEPEOPLEWHOWORKATTIVOLIROCK! My father is very particular(to a fault). Recently, he lost a very sentimental bracelet and was crushed by this event. My siblings and I looked long and hard to find him a worthy replacement. We found what we thought would live up to his standards online. No dice. So it was back to the drawing board. One day, I randomly walked by and eventually went into Tivoli. Although my original intent was to look at the ID bracelets, I got distracted by their nice selection of watches. I then had them clean my 5 year old tag hauer. For a reasonable price, they made it look as good as new(no joke– it was perfect). Okay, back to the bracelet. I think I went their five times in the process of looking, taking a bracelet home, dad disapproving, and repeat. I had three people at Tivoli tirelessly helping me find the perfect one. As a result of Tivoli’s unrelenting assistance, I found a bracelet that my father loved. The fact that it ended up being even cheaper than the one we originally found online was indeed the icing on the cake. I am not the easiest customer to please(perhaps I get this from my dad), but I value good service and in the end I am loyal to those loyal to me. From now on, solely due to QUALITY and GREATSERVICE, Tivoli will be high on my list in the event I am seeking jewelry for myself or for loved ones. I suggest you keep them on your short list as well!

I came back to Tivoli Jewelers to feed my latest addiction the Pandora charm Bracelet. I purchased another charm for myself as well as a bracelet for my Mom for Mothers day(Shhhhh, it’s a surprise). After writing my last review, Frank P. responded to my review thanking me for the kind words, and to come back to the store for a complimentary token of appreciation. After completing my purchase I asked the salesgirl Michele if Frank P. was available and proceeded to show her my Unilocal review. She went to the back and out came Frank P. I told him who I was and proceeded to show him my Unilocal review and his response. He then greeted me warmly shook my hand and introduced himself. He then informed me that as a token of appreciation he would give me a complimentary charm. How siked was I! I selected the initial T for Tracy of course! Frank, your a man of your word and your in a class by yourself. Even though you didn’t have to, I’m glad you did :-) Thanks again.

My boyfriend bought me pendant, pandora bracellet with $ 500 dollars worth of charms, earings and platimum ring setting. However, earings broke after light use and when I took them for repair, which they promissed to do for free over the phone, they tried to charge me for it in the store! But, they were dealing with the wrong person. They gave me hard time but finaly repaired it for free. Unbeknown to me, my boyfriend went back to them to buy a platinum setting. A stone had to be taken out from different setting and reset, while removing the stone the jeweler broke off 2 prongs and 2 diamonds from pave setting were missing. I loved that setting and wanted to use it with another stone, so I sent him back to get my stuff fixed. They gave him hard time huffing and puffing and complaining, they finally promissed to fix it. They repaired the prongs, but I realized that the jeweler removed 2 stones from the side of my ring and put it where they were missing by the prongs. What a scam. They definatelly not trustworthy and don’t provide good quality customer service. I would not recomend this business to anyone.

My partner and I recently purchased some Pandora bracelets and charms at Tivoli on two different days, and we were very pleased with the attentive and knowledgeable service we were given by the woman who waited on us(unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I think I heard someone call her Judy — ?). Buying Pandora charms is fun to begin with, but with her cheerful attitude and good advice, she made it even more fun. Would definitely go back for more Pandora.

I’m a bit annoyed because of their poor communication to potential consumers. Since I’m travelling from Queens, I called Tivoli to confirm that they were opened on Sundays. The representative said that they WERENOT opened on Sundays. However, if you Google Tivoli Brooklyn online you will see that it is opened on Sundays from 12−5pm. My boyfriend then called again to double-check and then he said they WERE opened this Sunday. My boyfriend explained the situation of how I called and was told something else and he went to explain how they don’t open every Sunday but since they were closed on Saturday for the New Year they would open on Sunday from 12−5pm. So guess what happened when we went there on the Sunday(today) that we confirmed would be open? They were CLOSED. I only came here because a friend referred us and I overlooked the first incident. Now, I’m just plain olé’ disappointed. *UPDATE* My reply to Frank the owner: «Unfortunately, we did not receive any missed calls or messages from anyone at Tivoli. But I’m glad you’re on Unilocal so you can at the very least prevent these incidents from happening in the future.»

Previously, I would have given this place 4 – 5 stars. I have lived in the area for almost 10 years. I have made several expensive purchases here and always had decent service. However, today I went in to buy some charms for my Pandora bracelet that a friend bought for me. The staff kept me waiting over 5 — 10 minutes before even saying hello and even then didn’t bother to tell me when they could be with me. I am wondering if this was because I had my 4 year old with me(who was very well behaved) and was dressed casually. I am an SVP at a major PR firm and normally come in dressed up after work, etc. Finally after being ignored for this time despite a curt hello, I left and they just buzzed me out without even saying thanks or goodbye. I called afterwards to express my disappointment and was told that someone else was interested in purchasing a 2 karat ring and He wasn’t going to cut his time short with that customer. I didn’t expect that, only a polite«be with you soon» or something would have done. The guy didn’t even apologize and wasn’t sorry to hear he had lost my business. It was all in all a very rude exchange and I’m sorry to see that the mom and pop businesses in our neighborhood have reverted to this non-customer centric approach. I’m disappointed that I will now have to buy my pandora charms online, because it didn’t make me feel very good that my local jeweler cared less about a regular customer than some guido talking shit about a 2k ring. My advice? Take the $ 100 bucks I was going to give you instead of spending time persuading a slick nobody to spend money he probably doesn’t have on a ring. See ya, Tivoli.
