I am a real estate sales agent that has the choice of sending my clients anywhere, and I do mean ANYWHERE. In this business the recommendation of a real estate broker means cash money to these attorneys so lets just say they all do their best to get your business. You have the pick of the litter so to speak. Having closed several dozen sales with many of the big name NY lawyers I have to say the only place for my clients is Thaniel Beinert and his team. They are available ²⁴⁄₇ to me/​my clients (I literally got off a call with him today on Saturday for help with a deal) and they are experts on the ins & outs of NYC real estate. I cannot tell you how many deals get destroyed due to the ineptitude of the family friend lawyer from Long Island (not anything against long island attorneys, they are great for long island transactions).
