The Children’s Place

actually this review is for the store on erskine ave .it s not listed so I m writing the review on the Flatbush ave store .it s clean, nice selection but the staff is rude. I said hello as I was paying, i m greeted by dead silence. I say thank you, again silence, I said thank you good bye, the response was. «uhuh «yes I m a white male, and she was a mid thirties African American, what can I say. Should I be rude in kind? .it s like I’m the enemy… last time I ll be in this store… there s no need for this type of bull shit

This store is in kings plaza, i must say this is one big store. I was here in the morning, so i took my time here, yes!
I bought more than what i came in for. I always shop at childrens place, they always have sales and on top of that u can use coupons over that, bonus if u have a credit card, u are able to add another 5%! Every purchase!
There clothing line is cute, nice material for the price!

Not the most extravagant 600^th review, but it sure does show where I am in life from say, my 100^th review (White Castle!)…
It’s funny how you can walk through the same mall over and over again and totally ignore a place, then a kid is on the way and you go hunting a place down!
That’s what I’ve done with The Children’s Place in the King’s Plaza mall, and when you are not slipping out of this mall because of 100 kids brawling (true story, Google it), this store is very good!
Since my kid is still a couple of months away, I’ve just been buying stuff in anticipation, and it’s been lots of fun.
Children’s place has tons of stuff for all baby stages, although it does seem to cater to girl’s clothes over boys just a tad.
Regardless, there’s still plenty to choose from and I can’t wait to buy all the cute clothing for my kid that 2 – 3 years old because it seems to be the biggest variety!
They always have some sort of sale and the prices are competitive with the children’s sections in Sears and Babies R Us.
Lines at this particular store seem to go slow but I like to shop during off hours and it’s not so bad then.
My 4 stars could go to 3 or 5 once I see how the clothes fit on my baby, but I’m happy so far.

I’m not a huge fan of The Children’s Place, but every once in a while, like today I can go in and find a few nice things for my son. Like most children’s stores, the section for boys is miniscule and mostly boring. This location of the chain is packed with clothes everywhere you turn, with not a lot of walking or stroller space. It is ALWAYS CROWDED WITH LONG LINES, and so-​so customer service.
If you’re looking for generic clothing at decent prices, then come on down. I do like their sandal selection in the summer, I almost always find a pair my son likes.
