TD Bank

I love T.D. bank as a whole, but I cannot stand this branch. The only reason I go to this particular td is because it’s a few minutes walk from my home. There are always incredibly long lines that take forever to get moving. The tellers move very slow in terms of providing customer service. Sometimes the tellers will simply talk amongst themselves rather than assisting customers. When I brought my best friend to this bank to open an account she was told that it was not possible because she lived too far (twenty minutes away) which made absolutely no sense. The person who declined to provide her with service in opening up an account was named Anthony Pepe and we were very discouraged and unhappy with our visit. We waited an hour to be told that she couldn’t open an account which was appalling. We went to a different branch and they told us that there was no reason to be declined based on where she lived. She ended up opening a TD account at another branch and they were very helpful. Overall, as long as this bank is the closest one I will go here but the moment I move away I will never revisit.

HORRIBLE. I understand that the banking business can be boring and repetitive, but at least theae people can do their jobs. They are lazy, slow and have absolutely no desire to help TD customers. Their change machine is frequently full and trying to flag down someone to help is almost impossible. You are better off trying to find some sort of mythical creature instead, you may have better luck. I havent the slightest idea why these people just dont want to work. At one time, when putting in money into one of my accounts, the teller made a rude remark at the amount i was putting in. Either hinting i didnt look the part to make the deposit amount. That truly was rude. I only stay with TD because i use the account for web purchases and local buys.

Bad customer service. Its like they don’t even want your business. Dealt with a staff named summer, never do i want to deal with this bank again.

Worst location ever, worst service I ever received from all the banks I’ve ever been with, I think this teller guy daniel hates his job so much or is so depressed that he wants us to suffer with him… makes me wanna leave TD Bank!

Every time I go here I wait forever. One teller! Very nice person but Its ridiculous to wait over 30 min to deposit a check! There are 5 other workers sitting there, why can’t they help him when the line is out the door. The td bank on 65^th and 13^th ave is better, little far but for now on thats where Im going to go.

l actually like TD bank & the usual tellers here at this location however l don’t understand why there is almost always ONE teller especially during the most busy times (specifically after work). I standing on a LONG line all the way at the door, right now. I’ve (& several other customers, have complained about it). I see other tellers walking around, why can’t they help out the only guy behind the counter?! That’s ridiculous & that’s the only problem l’ve had with them. Once they change that, l’ll change my review.

This bank used to be very good in customer service, but have gone way down hill in a drastic turn lately. The customer service is actually non existent now. The last two times I went into this branch, I was served by the same lady who refused to speak even a single word to me, she didn’t even ask where I was there for. We just sat and literally had a staring contest for a whole two minutes. In the two minute time frame I didn’t know whether she was ready to serve me or waiting on something else. Not a single word came out of her mouth through our whole meeting.
The first time I thought she was having a bad day, but this was the same thing the second time. I can’t believe how horrible customer service is now. This is by far the worst bank service that I have ever had.
Td Bank has Tv commericials which they say they pride themselves on banking human. How is banking human translate to no communication, long wait time, and also refusal to open 5 minutes early for a very important paperwork for me when everyone in the bank was already there sitting.
This is clearly the worst bank I’ve ever been to. I am surprised that the branch manager or corporate office allow the branch to operate like this. All that pride in banking human is clearly not present in this branch.

I’ve had experience with all the other major banks (citi, chase, bofa, HSBC) and this is by a far the worst bank I’ve ever done business with. 1. Customer service sucks, specially in this branch, 2. The penny arcade is not exact it always counts less than what you put in it. Etc

They were better when they were Commerce Bank.
This is not a reflection on the staff at this particular TD, who were very friendly, just annoyed at the decline in service ever since the switch.

One of the best experiences Ive had at a bank was from this TD Bank branch here. The customer service is great and the employees seem to always be in a happy mood and ready to help. When I left my bank card in the machine after hours, the machine automatically shredded the card and made it void so no one else could use it. Now Ive over drafted my account a few times and the are sure to stack them overdraft fees like its nobodies business. I cant blame that on this branch here. So they are in the clear and fine with me.
