Taous Restobar-Lounge

Owner George — they call him «the fat lil guy», was kissing our a££ last year to come in and spend time at his low profile place. On this new year he got so drunk that he did not want to let me and my group of mix friends of 4 in because we did not want to buy 2 bottles. Not to mention the place was half empty lol Lost us as costumers forever.
From now on we will be going to Cave lounge.

Highly recommend this place! Had my 21^st birthday here and it was so special! We come here all the time and I figured why not play it safe and have my party here. I was not disappointed, my friends loved the décor, great music, perfect atmosphere, amazing service and was even surprised by the owner with a belly dancer! It was just amazing, super memorable!

They have the worst service ever!!! The club was empty on Friday night waitresses were very rude. They allow to smoke inside. In one word the place needs to be closed down

Best place to party with an awesome dance floor to let it all out with good party music live dj and the best alcohol drinks

I would not recommend you going unless you have slutty dressed girls with you. If you go with some friends they will Charge you $ 20 to get in unless of course you have scantily clad women with you

I go there almost every week. Very good Music. Different Dj’s. Drinks are very good. Hookah is amazing. Good place to go out and relax on week days and good to go on week ends to party. Great place for celebrations. Place offers food there or catering can be arranged. I LOVEEE ITTTT!

Stopped by last night. Nice looking place. The crowd must have been under age, the drinks were weak, and everything was overpriced. Very few people were there.

Went there on a friday night, it was the 90’s party but until 12 there was annoying karaōke. Me and my friends did not really like it. The DJ was not great, my drinks were sooo strong, they tasted nasty, i had to go up to a bartender a few times and ask him to add more coke to it even though i am not a light drinker. I would come back but would not be very excited about it. You can smoke inside though and there is a coat check.

This place is okay. I went the Saturday night (4÷14÷12) before the Orthodox Christian Easter and the place was somewhat empty. With that being said it’s a really beautiful looking place with a lot of space. The people I met there were really friendly. The dance music was really good also. The drinks are overpriced, $ 11 for a simple well drink makes no sense and the fee at the door that I had to pay to get in is comparable to Manhattan. I asked about buying a hookah and I was told I would need to buy a bottle in order to smoke at a table. Looking around I didn’t see bottles at tables with hookah, just people with their drinks, so I don’t know why I was told that. I’m not sure if or when I’m going back to this place but if you decide to go there make sure you have a lot of $$$ to spend.

The good:
Nice décor
Relatively large dance floor when comparing to other BK lounges
All in all a neat place.
The bad:
Music sucks when Astada is not in the house. The night we came in was mostly house music, but also a lot of electric — russian — pop crap.
The DJ tried to sing along with some of the songs, boy do I tell you, he just Effs it up right there. Don’s sing along if you can’t, people came to listen to music, not that douche.
Birthday shout out every 2 minutes. Its annoying, you are trying to dance, go with the flow, not so much when you have to listed to these annoying birthday shout outs.
The dancer on the stage sucked; coun’t move intact with the rythm of the music which just looked funny.
One star for décor and another star for nice ambiance. Would add one more if Astada was there.

I been to Taous many times during the past year or two since it opened. The service got worse and worse since then. The place isn’t bad at all and has good dancefloor, good DJ’s (sometimes; and other times they play fast trance music when no one is dancing), good amount of space to move around. However, there are way too many downsides to this place:
Number 1, The service sucks and the waiter was extremely rude to us: he told us if we would like to buy hookah, we need to buy alchololic beverages. Then he said we need to sit away from the dancefloor if we want hookah (i dont understand why since the place was fairly empty). Then as I walked back into the place after reparking my car, he shoved me in the shoulder for no reason (at that point I seriously considered punching that mf in the face). Not only was he rude to me, he told my friend that his ID was expired and he could buy drinks.
Number 2, The drinks there are overpriced and poorly made
This was not the first time in this place that the waiters are rude. The only reason I gave it another star was the various DJ’s and the place looked really neat.
I believe Taous can defiently do a better job under new management and if they lower the prices (too expensive for a place that is in the middle of nowhere). If you want to come to Taous, be ready to bring a hefty wallet.

Great place! On a weekends it’s like a club! They having good DJ’s, drinks are nor really expensive! Nice décor of place and nice vibes! Me and my girls love to to go there!
