Want to talk to a salesperson who actually cares about meeting your needs in the most efficient way possible? Stop on by, where they’ll try and talk you into buying the most expensive thing they can along with screen protectors and cases twice as expensive as they would be on Amazon.
Want to sit down while you wait for something to be set up or changed, or while you’re waiting in line? Sorry, they’re not about that life. Better spend an hour standing, even if you’re old (which many of the customers living in the surrounding area are.)
Working models on display so that you can get a full idea of your options, like in every other cell phone store? You’ll have to ask for one from the back, one at a time.
Seriously, this place’s internet connection is slower than their employees which means you’ll be there for a long time if you actually need anything. Call customer service for help or go online instead, I beg you.
