Love this location especially in the summer as court is bustling with shoppers, workers, etc… Clean and Friendly staff, it’s not the largest Starbucks and seating is sparse but there’s also a bench out front to chill and soak up some rays.

I think this is the first quiet Starbucks that I’ve ever been too! The staff are all really friendly with smiles on their faces. Definitely not like other Starbucks where the staff are just rude & unpleasant. The only thing disappointing about this location is it’s a bit small.

Does Starbucks read Unilocal reviews and listen to their customers? Maybe. I said I would not be back to this location but needed to stop in for a desperate caffeine fix. On this day, the staff were courteous, prompt and friendly. Keep it up and 5 stars are in your future!

I don’t think I have ever bought anything from here so I can’t speak to the service, but they don’t bother you if you want to come in and use their electricity to charge your phone, and I have sat on one of the four benches outside the store(two in the front and two on the corner) enjoying the weather and the free wifi without any problem. I must say though, that the tables can take a while to be cleared/cleaned between patrons.

I have visited this location numerous times and this is by far the worst customer service j have received. I was not greeted but I was told(not asked) to step aside so that the only woman working could take care of her regular customer first. On top of that, the oven was off and the location is not yet closed. The only good thing I have to say is that the barista/cashier had nice hair, otherwise I am completely turned off and will be visiting the location on Joralemon & Court street from now on. Although that location tends to be a tad bit more crowded, it is fully staffed and much more polite and efficient. I will give this location 2 stars because they have the cookies I enjoy.

Very unprofessional. The staff was making fun of a customer after they left in front of a line of people! I was in disbelief a store could be so disgusting. 5 co workers clowned around while throwing thing and hitting each other with cups. I think McDonald’s is more professional!

Dear Starbucks, please clean up your act regarding the street trash generated by your clientele on the corner of Court and Pacific Street’s, this carelessness on behalf of your staff does not add value to your brand or the neighborhood. Thank you.

I used to go to this Starbucks every single morning before work. That had changed due to a few things: I have found the workers, especially the tall, quiet man, to be incredibly rude. I know working early mornings is hard but would it hurt to smile or actually be kind to the customers every once in a while?! Also, there have been countless times that I have ordered my latte and walked out to the subway(a three minute walk) only to realize that the milk is still cold. I’m not saying it’s ice cold, but not even warm. It is frustrating to spend almost $ 5 on something and have it be unsatisfactory. The two times that I actually said something, I was given so much attitude by the employee.(See above…) I will NOT be returning to this location, even if it means leaving my house 10 minutes earlier to go to a different store.

So I was a little thirsty and was going to get one of the drinks I’m familiar with. Something came to me and said try something new. I did just that and ordered there new lemonade with green tea. It was just delightful. I’ll try it again next go round

I went in for my birthday reward which is a free coffee in any size, I never had a starbucks card but i remember having a starbucks app which contained a bar code for them to scan for rewards. I showed Nicole my email(an email from starbucks saying i can have a free drink blah blah) and she told me I needed a starbucks card or the app, which at the moment i forgot i had an app for starbucks so im just there with my phone and a line behind me looking like an Idiot, she was very sweet and she saw our faces that we was let down and we travel on train to get to that starbucks which is the neastest starbuck to us. Nicole was beyond sweet and caring she gave us a FREE venti drink which i wanted. She made me feel very welcome, i appreiacte her for her action of kindesss i dropped a tip and i came back with my app with the bar code(i finally firgure my email and password for starbucks app). NICOLETHANKYOU! Your super sweet you made our day with your kindness.

This is probably the 3rd or 4th Starbucks I’ve been to in the Downtown Brooklyn/Cobble Hill area. It’s definitely smaller compared to the others along Court Street, Montague Street, and Jay Street and limited seating as well. I came here on a Sunday afternoon after the gym and the line moved quick. Baristas and Staff are friendly and nice. There’s something about this Starbucks, it has a cozy, homey feeling to it.

Decent Starbucks in the neighborhood. A bit smaller than the other ones in the area, but service was quick and my order came out fine.

This bux sux. I come here to work wirelessly from time to time, and the staff couldn’t possibly be less attentive to what’s going on around them. It’s basically a place for people to pee and use the internet for hours on end without ordering a single drink, and the last time I was there a schizophrenic dude wandered around the store muttering to himself for the entire duration of my stay. In fact he’s probably still there. They may as well just change their name to «Internet Toilet» and leave it at that.

Waitstaff friendly. There is a studying vibe here. I was told there is a secret alcove for more seating downstairs. Not sure if this is indeed the case. I like the strong aroma of coffee to smack my olfactory bulb in the wee morning. I surely find myself wandering here if I need a hot chocolate. :)

I have nothing but great things to say about this Starbucks! They’re coffee/tea/food are the same as any other Starbucks. However, what sets them apart from other Starbucks is that they actually encompass everything that the company initially set out to do – they welcome you to grab a coffee and stay a while. It can get pretty busy, however, the staff is very efficient and the line moves very fast. The upstairs has a decent amount of tables and is the perfect place to meet up with friends. If you are going to Starbucks in order to study/get work done, the crown jewel is the basement seating! While studying for my board exam, I basically lived down there! Yes, it is windowless and sort of «dungeon-esque» however, that’s exactly what I need when studying! As there aren’t any windows, you have no idea what time of day it is or if it’s nice outside which sets you up with the ability to get completely lost in your work without any idea as to how many hours you’ve spent down there. There also are a lot of other people who are doing work down there which almost works as a motivation – you are not alone! Never once have I had a staff member encourage me to leave as there is more than enough room for other people downstairs. The only downside is that the bathroom is pretty gross – but I’ve seen homeless people taking advantage of the public restroom and spending ridiculous amounts of time in there – showering in the sink perhaps? Hands down, this Starbucks is the best place in the area to spend hours studying/getting work done!

Seemed alright to me. I would have liked a receipt for my drink, but then again I didn’t ask for one. They had a public restroom that had a broken soap dispenser. Luckily I had hand sanitizer. My drink was good and created promptly. Nothing exceptional or terrible. Standard.

One of the better starbucks I have visited… and its across from Trader Joes– it cannot get any better than that! Ventured in after a craving for an overpriced iced coffee that only starbucks can make! LOL. The folks were just REALLYREALLY nice! Like, the experience was so «genuine». This is really why I am even giving it a review! The cashier guy was so nice, he told me I should try a dessert… me being a complete dessert junkie, I got the mini carrot cake cupcake… AWESOME! Real cream cheese frosting! I wont complain! Wish I couldve stayed longer since they have free wi-fi! LOL

Small. Crowded. Long lines. IMHO, when you have this many customers needing to get their caffeine fix, why not look for a larger location close by to set up shop?
