The people here work very slow. There were not that many customers in this store, and there were about four workers on the floor yet I waited almost 10 minutes for my order. On top of that the Barista clearly messed up my request for the light ice on the order. I don’t understand why people cannot read what’s on the cup it was not that difficult of a request. I will not be coming back to this store

My best friend have gone to this Starbucks after yoga quite a few times over the last couple years. It is a chain coffee shop, and so it is pretty average among the starbucks locations that I have been to. I have no complaints. It is in a prime location so it is very convenient. We usually stop in here to grab a coffee and head off somewhere. It is not the largest starbucks, but it is a good place to stop off at briefly or if you are simply craving a coffee on the go. Staff is friendly, and pretty time efficient.

I work down the block a the Chase bank on Flatbush Avenue but I go to this Starbucks because of Jeffery. He is one of the best, in fact he is the best barista at this Starbucks. One day I was unsure of what beverage I wanted, and he suggested a caramel macchiato and he said that if its not what I like, he insists that he’ll make something else. To make a long story short he made one heck a of a caramel macchiato with extra caramel and 3 shots of espresso. After all I did have a free reward, but when do you find a person so passionate about the work they put in. Normally I don’t see anyone show any effort as much as he does but Jeffery stands out as superb!!! I owe him a thank you.

It was pretty cold outside and it was even colder in here. The AC was on blast. I had a business meeting and I lasted maybe 15mins top. Just way too cold. And when you ask them to turn it down or off they tell you they can’t. WTF!!! Expensive drinks and food and you can’t accommodate your customers?

Perfect location to stop in and warmup after light shopping down Fulton or when I’m on my way to class. Walking distance to all the 4 colleges in the area. There are wireless charging stations on site to juice up while you sip. Friendly, courteous and personal staff who recognize their frequent customers. My beverages are always made perfectly. Everything was good until I saw a roach on the drink pick up counter…

I love this location after shopping; I can charge my phone and have a cup of tea. It isn’t as cozy as some locations because there’s no couches. But the music is awesome and they’ve recently added wireless charging ports at each table for smart phones.

BEST starbucks experience yet. Although there is limited seating, my friend and I were lucky enough to get two seats at the four person table. It’s quite busy here, but once in a while it empties out. The barista was really friendly! I was just studying for Orgo with my textbook out and laptop when all of a sudden a man, wearing a stylish black themed outfit came near me: he wore a snapback with the tag still on it and toted a mysterious black plastic bag, which he set aside on the table. He then proceeded to sit down next to me and said: «I think I’m going to go to Hong Kong tomorrow», and then he got up and left without buying anything. This was by far the best visit at a Starbucks yet; my Peach Green Tea Lemonade was well worth it’s value. Will definitely come back to this location again.

Well done Jeffrey! It’s a pleasure to have him make my drink with a smile on his face and never overwhelmed by the big crowd waiting for their coffees. Not to mentions that he knows the names of their repeat customers! Outstanding!

Not impressed. For a location so central, so close to downtown and the subway, they should get all the basics right. First and most importantly, it’s way too fucking cold. They crank up the A/C to insane levels. I would guess 67 degrees or lower, which is not a comfortable indoor temperature(70 would be better). When I asked the staff member about it she said she was«not the right person to ask about it» because she didn’t feel cold. What am I supposed to do with that? Conduct a random sample of the other employees and petition for a redress of grievances? Responses including«I’m not allowed adjust the thermostat,» «I’ll let you speak with a manager,» and«I recommend trying a different location» would have helped solve my problem. Not a helpful response. The employee deflected my question rather than taking responsibility. I left because my hands were literally numbing up. There seem to be quite a few incidents where customers quarrel with staff. and the staff didn’t seem to handle it particularly well. usually Starbucks will fix up your drink, no questions asked, but the staff seemed a little sassy. There are a few tables, and a bar by the window, but not enough for a busy downtown location.

Very friendly professional staff. The line is always long but moves quickly especially early mornings.

I go here instead of the Court Street Starbucks — here it’s cleaner, less crowded, easier to get a seat, and enough outlets for everyone. There’s no official outdoor seating but there are benches right outside on the sidewalk for a nice day! However, there’s no public bathrooms here.

i hate the mornings esp here at starbucks but the coffee is great so the wait i guess i can deal with. They do a great job of moving things pretty quick to get the line flowing. They are a lot cheaper then the city which hey its always great saving a dollar or so lol. Overall i love it great people and great coffee

After trekking through the wet, the sales, the people, the hustle and bustle walking into this SB feels like I’ve found a safe haven. *sighs* So! My coffee that usually cost $ 2.12 in the city is $ 1.96 here. I got the answer today though, apparently the city is more expensive because arrrmmm it’s the city? To me it sounds more like«get those tourist! «hehehehehe. Anyhooooo, it’s clean and peaceful in here and the coffee and slightly sweet pastry smell is divine. They’ve even got a Bob Marley album playing(one baristas has a lovely voice, softly singing along as he serves). It’s a sweet vibe up inna here MON. Ima be here a bit(in case anyone wanted to find me– just saying) From my home to yours… Feliz Navidad! Happy Holidays! Blessed Kwanzaa! …and all that great stuff! The End.(Well I’m back to say I removed a star because there’s no toilet… bummer).

Better than the one on Court Street in that it has outlets and a little easier to get a seat. More transient crowd. Downside. Air conditioning too high for late May. No obvious restroom.

Love this Starbucks. Rarely crazy busy. Great alternative store to the metrotech location. Pretty small store with not much seating but that’s fine by me since I never sit and hangout anyway. Most of the baristas are super friendly and nice.

Very small. The barista told me she loved my hat. Ordered a small hot white chocolate to go. Very friendly customer service. I rarely frequent Starbucks, but I really like this one.

I try not to write reviews about chains, but I HAVE to for this location. Damn, do they have their stuff together. Other Starbucks should have to come here for training(I’m talking about you, SBux across from 12 Metrotech). Walk in and walk out in less than 5 minutes with these 10 easy steps: 1. Walk in 2. Wait in line 3. Barista on floor will come up to you in line and take your order 4. Floor barista will spit your order into fancy headpiece to baristas making drinks 5. Floor barista gives you a ticket with your handwritten order 6. Wait in line some more 7. Give the ticket to cashier 8. Pay cashier 9. When you are done paying your food/beverage will be waiting 10. Enjoy! This Starbucks location single-handedly restored my faith in humanity.

Love this Starbucks. Came here in-between classes to get my usual Verti Green Tea Frap. Never anyone in line around lunch time. Great Service and yummy treat!

LOVE this STARBUCKS!!! It is in the middle(ish) of the Fulton Mall. Way better than the one and the end on Court Street. I asked for a Snikerdoodle Frappuccino and the Barista knew what I meant!!!(I got it from the SBucks texts) Nice and clean, spacious layout with a good amount of seating and its not over run with people who come with their laptops and sit for 1−2−3 hours . One drawback… no bathroom :-/

A New Starbucks that just opened up closer to my office? I’m so there! My co-workers recently told me that a new Starbucks opened nearby our office and I didn’t exactly know where it was and I heard that this Starbucks has absolutely no lines and I didn’t believe it. I decided to walk in and take a look at the interior of this newly built Starbucks and just fell in love with it! The décor is chic, trendy, and cozy. It’s not stuffy or crowded or loud like the other Starbucks. My co-workers were right, no lines at all! Baristas are friendly and nice here. I’m definitely going to be returning here. One of the best and most relaxing Starbucks I ever been to,
