Truly awful experience as my wife Gayle described below. Much of our stuff was ruined with water damage (my bike was completely drenched with water, even inside the frame — I had to drain rusty water out of it) and we have heard absolutely nothing back from management. We met another customer who was given a unit without a front entrance key fob to get in, so he was unable to access his unit for a move. There is no one present on weekends. We are very glad to be at a different storage company where the building is clean, dry and professionally staffed.

Don’t use this storage facility! Your stuff will get ruined! Ceiling finish fell onto all of our stuff and now everything has a white stain on it. Not to mention everything was wet when I went to my unit one day… the water destroyed many items because mold and water damage. The unit itself then left rust on my things because of the water leak/​sprinkler. We actually ended up throwing out many of the items we were storing.
Management is unresponsive!
Very dirty common areas and I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere!

This place is great! My boyfriend and I just moved into the area, and our concierge recommended Stadium for our extra stuff. Kaley was super friendly, professional, and was full of helpful info about EVERYTHING! We had to coordinate elevators, moving times and the movers, but she took care of it all like a pro. We were completely moved in in under an hour! I will definitely tell all my new neighbors about this place.

This company has a jewel of a representative in Kalea. She made the process of getting a storage unit an extremely pleasant one. Friendly, smart, very personable, helpful and efficient. Very happy with how things went. She is truly a treasure!
