Ariel was extremely helpful and patient. He checked my plan and ensured that all was in order. He helped me set up and activate my new phone. He also assisted with the transferral of data. Overall, today was an amazing experience with Sprint. I would recommend this location and Paul R. over by Fulton.

My boyfriend came in to get a new phone.
They were real nice & attentive.
We were there for over an hour.
May not be a lot of traffic in this store, but that’s good.
Better than going to the corporate store which is always crowded with people.
It’s a relatively new store, so they were still renovating & they didn’t have everything in stock.
I’m pretty sure next time he needs a new phone, he’ll come back here. It’s walking distance from his house & the 9th Street train station.
