Gas is very expensive and they add an excessive fee to use a credit card to buy gas. I prefer Hess on Flatbush Ave for gas where gas is cheaper and cash and credit is the same price

Took my car here to get the breaks fixed, a new battery and out of state emissions testing. The guy had my car for 3 days, called to tell me what the price on everything would be on day 2. I gave him the go ahead to fix the front/​back breaks and put in a new battery, plus the emissions test. Nothing more. When we went to pick up the car he also changed (and charged for the change) the oil which I did not Give him the ok to do since the oil was just changed 2 months prior and wasn’t driven that much due to a dead battery. And on top of that, t hey didn’t even use the correct oil.
Then it took almost another 3days to get him to properly turn in the emissions test. The car is registered out of state so he needed to fax the emissions report to the state DMV. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Made me and my husband run To and from there a few times before we got what we needed.
The only positive I can say is he ended up not charging us or the emissions test which was about he same price as the oil change. Either way if a customer doesn’t give you permission to do something to their property then you shouldn’t do it.

Always the highest gas prices, crappy service and nasty owner!

I went here many times until the last time I went for a State inspection. They had my car up there for a long time, about two hours or more. I couldnt stop wondering if there was something wrong. I asked twice why its taking so long and they kept telling me there machine was not functioning right. When the time was up, they burst a hole into the bottom of the car in two spots and one was the tailpipe. The owner Peter was the nastiest person to deal with. He kept telling me that its not his responsibliity and that there was nothing wrong with his machine (even though he told me that there was two hours before). I had spent thousands there and they still treated me like I was a jerk. There was also a roll of quarters missing for my side panel which was for laundry. This was a major mess up that cost me $ 900 to fix at a Mobil station. It was the worst thing I have come across yet with a car. Buyers Beware!
