Shattered my phone screen at 12:30pm. Was able to get an appointment same day for 4:30pm (when I got back to the city from work). They showed up on time and he was very professional. I was nervous at first to leave my phone with someone in a van… but the whole operation is very legit. Took about 15 minutes and my phone was perfect. Such a relief.

We all had this problem when you get out the car forget your phone on your lap and smack right on the street. Smartbulance was highly recommended to me. I made my appt yesterday and this morning they came to by job fixed it in 30 mins and bam I had a new screen. No more splinter or bandaids lol. Thanks so much for great service guys.

These guys know what they’re doing. As a mom with a 3 month old I have no desire to hunt down a random iphone screen repair shop and wait hours to do a 20 minute job. These guys showed up at my house on time, were extremely professional, reasonably priced, finished in 15 minutes and best of all I walked less than 15 feet from my front door to get it done. Will definitely be using them again if I manage to drop my phone (again).

My iPhone 6plus shattered at 11:30 am at work (in Manhattan), by 4:20 pm the same day my phone was fixed! I called Smartbulance to request an appointment, they came to my work in their funny little fake ambulance and they took care of my phone in 20 minutes or less. The service was quick, the technician was friendly and my phone looks brand new! Not to mention, they offered me a $ 10 screen protector with the repair. The glass iPhone screen protectors go for about $ 25 +. Total cost = $ 174 (iPhone 6plus screen 160 + $ 10 screen protector + tax)
I would recommend Smartbulance over and over! If you need your phone fixed, these are you guys.

I was extremely impressed with the repair service I received from Smartbulance. The screen on my iPhone 6 was completely cracked and not functioning and I was desperate for a quick fix. I hate going to the Apple Store with tons of people and a long wait so based on positive reviews, I decided to give Smartbulance a try. Within 10 minutes, my phone was as good as new. The repair tech was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. I highly recommend this service– super easy to schedule an appointment and they come to you which is the best part!

I hadn’t heard of them before so was a little dubious but so many great Unilocal reviews can’t be wrong (most of the time). These guys are great! They fixed my iPhone 5 screen in 30 minutes and price couldn’t be beat. I know it’s been said before but after the amount of attitude I got in the apple store (which is why I left) these guys could not have been nicer.

These guys are good at what they do! Passed the van on my way to the gym 2 blocks from home and decided to have them fix my cracked iphone 6 screen after reading some very positive reviews here on Unilocal.They said to come back in 30 minutes and when I did the phone was fixed and ready to go.
Very friendly service, better than the genius bar dudes by a longshot, and they use OEM parts. They’re real pros and I highly recommend them.

My iPhone 5s screen got crunched on a plane and these very friendly and helpful guys fixed the LCD screen in like half an hour. I called ahead to get the price and they were honest and charged me the amount quoted ($ 90). Very fast, efficient, and the repair worked like a charm!

While this place is currently NOT fixing cracked phone screens, they will be in a few weeks when they move down the block. The guys behind the counter was super nice and recommended a place not far away that does repair screens. Cheers to nice people and good customer service even if he couldn’t fix my problem directly.

I haven’t written a review in ages, but today I feel compelled.
I want to change service from my current phone to another existing phone, and tried to accomplish this by calling Sprint, then online. Denied. I HATE going to a Sprint store and having a commission-​driven salesperson try to harrass me into a new purchase, or treat me with indifference once they find out I’m not buying. Then I rememembered Infiniti, and how much it doesn’t suck. These guys are the best. Super-​efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and bullshit free. I’m not sure how they manage this, and even retain a sense of humor, as I’ve witnessed a few of the more abrasive personalities they deal with. I’m lucky the store is nearby, but I’m pretty sure I’d make the trip even if I lived elsewhere, since the idea of going to a Sprint store makes my teeth itch.

Infinity communication is the best Authorized dealer in the area, in fact I think it is the only sprint authorized dealer in the neighborhood.
They are super cool and friendly. I’ve been coming to this store since I had my Nextel and blackberry phones.
You can easily stop in to ask any question, fix or purchase a new sprint phone.
They have any and all options available for your sprint phone needs.

I tried to return my non-​working device 1 day past their policy (14 days) and they wouldn’t take it. After talking with customer service they basically told me tough sh**. They just lost any future business from me. It amazes me that no one seemed like there was any room to help. I know for a fact that Verizon Wireless would have handled this differently.

I went by today because the screen on my phone had broken. A friend had recommended this place and now I see why. After waiting less than 10 minutes, my phone was returned to me, fully functional and free of charge. Both employees I encountered seemed dedicated to helping. I highly recommend this location! If it had been appropriate for me to hug the guy who fixed my phone I would have!

Honestly, the 2 guys who run this spot are the nicest guys ever.
I have been in there twice now with a plethora of questions and they guys were really nice and answered my questions spot on and were honest! One guy (the Hispanic dude) actually let me use his own phone to get a feel for the phone I was interested in buying. Really just honest sales people and knowledgeable. Really great for it not be an actual Sprint store… you actually get better service in this store than in Sprint.

I stopped in to check out new phones since I was ready to upgrade and the selection and service could not have been better. No pressure, lots of information and a very relaxed atmosphere. I picked out a phone, was given a tutorial and told to call or come back if I needed help. This is the way things are supposed to go.
