My contractor used them to set up the plumbing in my bathroom renovation. I am not sure where they got the guy working on my place but he is completely clueless.
I told my contractor in advance that I wanted to use a Hansgrohe set up in the shower/​bath. I gave him the information and asked him to check that the plumber he would be using was familiar. He kept saying it’s fine.
The day they finally installed the shower controls, he had the diverter and also the thermostatic unit handles upside down, so they banged into each other. He also had the wrong tabs on the wrong functions, so if you thought water was coming from the hand held, it was really coming from the shower head above.
I told the contractor and he had the plumber come back two days later. He switched the icons to the wrong places, the diverter didn’t turn the way it was, and the thermostatic control is still a mess and the scald guard is not working.
The face plate for the diverter is also not sealed to the wall, so water can leak into the wall and the internal plumbing. I just spent a fortune on these products and the last thing I need is water destroying it.
I highly do NOT recommend these plumbers.
