STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
This place is a rat hole, they never mop or clean the place, u will be lucky if you get to have a super, there is rats running all over the buildings and in your apartment, no one does anything about it. Everytime you call management for repair you will get run around on the phone after calling them 100 times and nothing gets done. When you will move out, they will sue you for not swiping, or painting the walls, they are TERRIBLE… There is no management, there is bed bugs (thankfully I didn’t have any) but there was mice that would sit eat dinner with you, very disgusting. The only good thing about this place is close to the bay and there is a nice kids park there, other than that I don’t know how I lived there for 2 years. OMG don’t ever think about using the laundry room, dirty dirty dirty, kids smoke pot in there all day and piss in each corner, u will get bed bugs in there too.
PLEASE STAY AWAY…

I need to get out of here. The management sucks here big time! They never answer the phones and plus this place is always nasty! they don’t clean shit! if you need help don’t even call or they call super late to help you! I had to fix my own apartment myself.

Painting is horrible! they even paint the radiator! like wtf! It clog and leaked on me!
NEIGHBORS radiators leaked down on me because of a mistake of painting on it. That took 3 weeks for them to fix that and now I have a hole in my ceiling.
Doors were painted over and my door gets stuck so I’m over here trying to break the paint off.
Shower pipes broke on me and I had to Fix it using you tube and home deport.
Guy called me and was like «Yea you have a leak» dude called me after 10 hours wtf man! told the guy yea I fix it you can go back to doing nothing.
No bugs in my apartment thank god.
Management office sucks mega balls in west 3 street!!! lazy mofos!
Called them for 2 years and no answer and finally they call me about my lease like wtf man! I sign the lease and it’s fine! «No we need it in person» like wtf why?! to sign a lease in person?! then why mail it to people?! like wtf! man!

All of their apartments are infested with bed bugs!!! There have been recent breakins every single day!
This management company is soooo cheap they still, 2 weeks later, have not installed cameras!
Yes the outside of the building looks nice and well maintained but beware rats will run circles around you at night! Take notice of black rat traps everywhere!!!
If you have a leak or need to speak to someone from the management office… Good Luck! I can never get through to a live person, and when i leave messages– they don’t return them.
Have a problem with a neighbor? Don’t even bother filling out the complaint form… its useless!!!
They seem to be renting to ALL RUSSIANS? No one speaks english here anymore… LOOK ELSEWHERE!
