Really unfortunate service here. This is the closest cleaner for drop off/​pick up where I live so Ive really been rooting for them and have gone back several times after I swore Id never return out of sheer inconvenience of going elsewhere. However the woman who works at this location is extremely rude. When items were lost she took no responsibility, made up a story that didn’t make sense and didn’t offer any kind of discount. Didn’t seem to care at all that I have been a very loyal customer for a solid year. And since then, there have been continued incidents of rudeness for which I simply cannot give the benefit of the doubt. I would not recommend giving business to a place that treats their customers this way.

I got my shirt back with a huge hole in it. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility they kept on repeating «it’s a customer» and told me I should patch it.
Also they mentioned that because I didn’t pay a lot of money to them, I shouldn’t expect clothes coming out in a good condition.

Lovely people who work at this cleaner. They really are very sweet. They wash, fold, and make all my laundry pretty and new again. They even match my socks. I think in the 2 years I’ve been going to them for drop-​off, about once a week, they lost 1 sock. I’ve never found anyone else’s clothing in my bag (I’ve heard nightmares about other laundromats), and I’ve never noticed anything missing. They now know me by name.
And they keep a little dish of candy right near the register, which is sweet and feels like a neighborhood mom-​and-​pop business. Efficient, have never messed up my clothing, reliable service. I will continue to use as long as I live in this neighborhood.

I recently brought a dress for dry cleaning. It is a nice dress, and needed some TLC so that it wasn’t ruined. (There is some pleating in the dress.) I asked if they could clean it and not touch the part with the pleating.
«Yes, no problem.»
Okay.
When I came to pick up the pleats had been removed. I pointed this out, and they said they would fix it.
Okay.
Came back to pick it up and it was not fixed.
Sure, it was a risk to drop off a dress there but please, Sew Top Cleaners, do not be DISHONEST with your clients. If you can’t care for something, say so.
Now my dress is ruined.
I understand this is not a high quality dry cleaner, but now I understand it is also not run by honest people.

quick, clean, folded, and they even matched my socks!
i dropped off laundry for the wash and fold service on monday afternoon and it was ready for me tuesday night. really quick service and the owners/​help are very kind.
doesn’t hurt that they’re so close to where i live. very happy and will be going back exclusively!
