S&B has managed my three buildings for the past 6 years. The owner is bright and very professional. He takes initiative without my prompting. runs the building like it is his own. His duties range from trash removal to tenant placement and everything in between. If and when I get a another building S&B will be the manager of it

We hired Tom as the superintendant of our Bed-​Stuy brownstone – our first home and our primary residence when we lived in Brooklyn. When we were moving away from the city, we needed to find a superintendent that we can trust. Not living at the house ourselves, we had to have a peace of mind; and if something at the house needed attention, the super would be able to communicate with us and our tenants clearly, succinctly, and efficiently. We’ve worked with Tom for almost two years now, and it has been a breeze! Our tenants only have good things to say, too. I would highly recommend his service.
