Here’s the deal. The office is nice, the staff is efficient and I’ve never had to wait very long. Dr. B is great and knowledgeable.
The downside– I had to call three times to actually talk to someone. The voice menu is ridiculous and once I was told to call back in an hour because the staff was in a meeting… shouldn’t someone be covering the phones during office hours? They made me feel like I was a bother
Also– at my last appointment, one of the staff members was cursing– not professional or smart to do when your waiting room is filled with pimple faced teenagers.
Their pricing for laser hair removal is outrageous.
