Robert is prompt, responsive, professional, informative and experienced. He showed up right on time, and fixed my problem, even throwing in an extra repair part for no additional fee. After he finished the work, he showed me everything that he did and explained everything to me in simple terms. He also went ahead and labeled important parts in my hot water system (emergency shut off valve, gas valve, etc.), in case I need to tend to the system during an emergency. Definitely recommend.
UPDATE: Robert came back a couple weeks later, the same day I contacted him, as I had a minor issue with my radiators — he explained how they work, and how to bleed them for maximum efficiency, and did this house check-​up call at no additional charge. He’s simply the best.

I have to review Robert Sessa again. Our basement was flooding on a rainy day. Actually, on THIS rainy day. A Saturday. Robert was in our house working within 1 hour of my calling. 1 hour! I wouldn’t want to own a home without having him as part of my team. THANK YOU.
