Nice location– but you’ll generally shake your head at some of the prices that go along with that convenience. Staff sort of just go though the motions– won’t ever go out of their way to ask if you need help for anything, but so it goes. The ‘points’ card system pretty confusing. Also know that if you have a different card from your spouse with a coupon for them, you can’t use it yourself– weird.

The level of customer service here is insulting. The general manager, Polly, seems to resent the fact that she has to work here. There are frequent eye rolls, frequent talk of her personal life and frequent casual chat with fellow employees– all within ear/eye shot of customers. This location seems to be in need of a secret shopper experience at least, and a personnel reboot at best.

If you’re looking for the stuff that’s on sale, more than likely this Rite Aid will not have a lot of it or even carry it at all (hence, the 4 stars) because it’s a very small location. What they lack in size, they make up for with great pharmacy staff. They have free delivery Monday-Friday.

They sell beer, and they sell ice. In big bags.
There’s also almost always a line, and no room to really line up.
The staff is friendly enough.
