Rite Aid

The bottom line is that this place is borderline ok, I wish I could give them a higher rating but the one thing that annoys me out of my mind is the fact that there is a constant line, and nothing is ever being done for that.
More chasiers anyone !!! Not happaning

This Rite Aid is a pleasure to shop in, with clean and well stocked shelves. Today, the cashier provided terrific customer service by informing me of what was on sale before ringing up the items that I placed on the counter. She also went to retrieve the Rite Aid brand products for me, that were on sale. Great customer service never goes out of style. The Bay Ridge Rite Aids could use much managerial direction with how to stock and run their stores.

They have what i need and in an emergency they are open 24 hours. Big store with lots of things on sale. Helps to have your rite aid card handy when purchasing.

This Rite Aid is awesome! Its very close and convenient and is open all night. They carry all basic needs plus more. They also have a pharmacy which is great because you can take care of your errands in one shot. The staff is pretty cool too never had any issues. The register can be slow at times because they have 1 register open in the front, sometimes two. They also have a parking lot which is really a plus.

Customer service is horrible! Only reason I even give 1 star is because it’s 24 hours.

Love the makeup section & 24 hour service makes my quick stops very convenient. The only reason why I didn’t rate one star is because of their makeup selection and all of their recent renovations that make the place really nice looking. My MAJOR concern is the RUDE staff. Mostly, the older, short woman who I think is a manager. Ever since my last run in with her that resulted in a big argument, I wave my hand to her, and wait for other cashiers to be available even though I’m next. She’s very pushy and rushes me, repeats my total multiple times, gets annoyed and gives me a face when I enter my card phone number wrong, never makes eye contact, never says hello, and is always chatting with other workers instead of interacting with her customers. Plus, SHE’S ALWAYS THERE! This is the worst costumer service, especially coming from the managerial level. The Walgreens on Coney Island Avenue is a much better experience. This location is last resort.

This is a great local pharmacy for me and very excited that they just recently renovated and started carrying the papyrus gift cards.
The lines at this location are a hit or a miss. Either no one online or a 20 person line but i guess these are things you have to live with these corporate pharmacies.

I’m in lust with this Rite Aide! The shelves are stocked with all the cosmetics a girl could ask for!!! They have a great BOGO ½ sale this week also. This location is bright and open when walking down the ailes. Found some great midnight munchies on sale and the refrigerator section is packed with some good stuff too.
Reading prior reviews I didn’t expect this place to fill the void I had tonight. Lol. It exceeded my expectations except for one thing… It snowed yesterday evening and they didn’t get such a great plow /​salt job done in the parking lot… I navigated carefully and all was good. I think this is my new midnight spot. Check it out. They have some unique and unexpected finds here.

I like rite aid overall but this location simply lacks many things.
To start there is always a huge line almost anytime, produce wise they put new fridges in and there is always missing milk & eggs ESSENTIALS!!!
They are always short of leading baby food brands which I will not specify will not advertise them.
The only great thing is the 24hour service but that is all, I wanted to put 2 stars but that place is really that dysfunctional.
Point being if you are not local don’t waste your time…

Open ²⁴⁄₇ prices are ok. The cashiers are never friendly.

Great prices (that’s why I love rite aid) + 24 hours + pharmacy that stays open late !

BEWARE of the really nasty cashiers at times.

I live nearby and it’s convinent because they are now open 24hrs. Staff is always chatting and lines are usually long. I get very annoyed shopping there. Usually just go in out for a specific item. The older women in there often have a big puss on their face and look miserable. Not a fan of the place other than to pick up something fast. I would much rather go to walgreens on coney… just saying.
