I challenge you to find a worse Rite Aid than this one. Chronically understaffed with an idiot manager who literally ignores you if you ask him a direct question to his face

They need to get CORRECT prices. Tried to charge me $ 96DOLLARS for Free Style Glucose test straps! It’s NOT expensive at all! Very rude and the manager told me I need to pay with insurance to get it cheaper.WRONG. It’s $ 14.95 idiot. they are Thieves.

The one star is not for the pharmacy, but the actual store. Don’t shop here. They treat their workers like absolute crap. It’s really bad. There is a reason why the staff turnover rate is so high. A lot of the other customers that shop here are nuts. I’d just avoid this place and go to another store, perhaps a couple of the mom and pop shops in the area.

The single star is for the pharmacy – they mix prescriptions and often fill them incorrectly; those that they fill correctly(by accident) are never ready on time – the staff is insolent, inept, and incurious – of course, i would not get any prescriptions filled here, but oftentimes I pick up for an elderly relative… what a shame!

Watch out they don’t mix up your prescriptions. Joanna P. here have me double of one instead of two different things. Really low quality service here.

It’s a Rite Aid. I prefer this one to the one just down the street closer to Norman Ave, because it’s a bit more updated and the layout is better, plus they seem to carry a better selection of regular drug store stuff. I buy a lot of nail polish here, it’s a decent selection but not the best. The reason the other Rite Aid is better? The pharmacy staff. For some reason, they’re WAY nicer at the other Rite Aid, and I seem to always wait a long time for no reason here. Also they seem to be closed a lot at random times so you never know when you might just not be able to pick something up.

Now and then I come to the pharmacy to pick up meds for a relative and there is some inside info you need to now. They will take your order and tell you«Is going to be about 30 minutes» but it actually takes a 1 hour average to be ready. I guess they tell you the 30 minutes so you stick around. I did not mind the wait though, there is so much you can do inside the store, is big, they rearranged the aisle is a way that is much better, more space and it’s easier to find items.

This particular rite aid has beer at a good price and friendly staff. Which is uncommon on both accounts. Most don’t have beer at all.

Not the worst but a long shot from the best. The stock seems to in constant disarray. But, the selection is fine. The worst part is the wait in line. Each time I buy something here, I see six-plus people in line with one cashier open and the manager is usually bumbling around with hand-baskets and shopping carts. The long wait is unacceptable. Understaffed or simply disorganized? Probably both.

Prepare to wait in line for an interminable length. Two registers open at maximum, one of them apparently designated for 20-minute coupon disputes. Shop there only by necessity.

This rite aid is fine for all your household basics. They usually have good sales for vitamins, shampoo, all other toiletries. However — their photo services SUCK. I feel bad since the staff here is usually very nice, but don’t bother printing anything here. Time and time again, out of sheer convenience, I keep ordering prints online for same day pick up. When I finally see the photographs, they’re grainy and the color is totally off. When I complain to find out if there is even enough ink in the damn printer they say its my photograph. I assure you it is NOT my photographs. I can barely make out faces in some of the pictures and I took it with a damn 10 megapixel camera. How is that even possible?! It’s their printer and it sucks. So for 19 cents, I guess its not too bad, but what is the point in wasting your time and energy to get shit photos. I can print them up better at home on my crappy printer.

I consider myself a pharmacy/drug store enthusiast. I love the different aura you get from each one. For instance, one Rite Aid manager will be a crackhead, but if you go to the Walgreen’s around the block, that manager will be a meth head. The difference in the way the stores are run is remarkable(and so exciting it could probably get my girl wet, and believe me that’s no easy task!). So, I went into this rite Aid with HIGH expectations to see how this joint was run. After walking around the place, taking it all in, I deduced the manager of this store was no addict; instead he must have flunked out of Devry University. I was sick, so I had a short temper and all I wanted to do was get my tea on. Being a drug store expert, I went directly to the coffee aisle because that is the natural progression of shelf stacking(Instant coffee to coffee– to tea). Lo and behold… NO Tea. I am a man not afraid to ask a clerk for help, but where was the clerk to help me? in the back takin a dump? selling weed? doing lines? I have no idea, but he was nowhere to be found.(I later found out he was writing a plea to the University of Bridgeport to appeal his rejection). Frustrated, I headed to the counter, ready to pay for my cold medicine, or so I thought. I went to the counter for the cashier to tell me the price was wrong due to a mistake from the Devry dropout manager, so I had to get another product. I worked as a cashier for years. The rule is that if a customer leaves the counter due to a mistake by the store, the cashier holds the spot for him; he does not ring up anyone else. I guess the cashier was rolling a blunt during training because she let my spot go. I come back to find a diesel line which had me waiting ten extra minutes while I was sick. It’s a shame because I wanted to have a love affair with this Rite Aid(something about the blue and red), but now I have added this pharmacy to my «Never Again» list. I will not be back there simply because there is so much competition in the area between drug stores and I can easily find another one. When there is so much adjacent competition, a store must fight for customers. Rite Aid(or as the moniker to which I refer to it as: Wak Aid) did not do so and has lost a customer who is always shopping for topical creams…
