I think one of the most important aspects of business is communication. When you are living in a home with kids without water, you’ve already paid your money and 3 days later you are still getting the run around that’d not good business.
They probably do great work but don’t tell me you will call me back 3 times for the day and not once you return my call. If you are too busy don’t take customers money. So my review is really based on that alone. I know I’m not the only person in the world but communication is important when you living without water.
