Rachel has very low standards of professionalism, is prone to make mistakes, and is unresponsive. She was not effective at mediating between us and we only wound up coming to an agreement because we were so worn down. She made countless errors in calculations and merging comments in our final separation agreement. Her separation agreement template is a poorly organized and structured legal document. My consulting attorney was not impressed, having found the language to be unclear and outdated. The worst part was that Rachel even made mistakes in calculated her own time. We settled our bill with her and months later she came back claiming she had mistakenly under-​calculated her hours. When we disputed this, she submitted the claim to a collector, adding unnecessary hassle to an already difficult situation. I would not recommend her services to anyone with high standards.
