Yanique was the best! 2 friends and I were looking for a 3 bedroom in Bushwick area, and we found her listing, which was a beautiful apartment, but a little on the high side of our budget. After going for a cheaper apartment, we had a horrid experience with the other Agent.
I reached out to Yanique and she was so responsive! Unlike the other agent, I almost never heard back from. Yanique replies immediately. She also was so helpful in explaining our case to the owners and letting us move in early, since the other guy took over a week to get back to us. Yanique got it going in less than 2 days.
I appreciate everything they do. They obviously care about the relationships between all parties. Another agent there, I forgot his name now, but when I went to go sign the lease, I had a horrible headache, and he went across the street to get me some advil. That stuff right there is why I made a Unilocal account to tell you all, they are amazing people and care about you.
