I made an appointment here and showed up 10 minutes early. It was empty, so they took me right away, which was great … but the phlebotomist was extremely unprofessional. She mumbled and didn’t make eye contact while working out my billing and insurance logistics, which I could have overlooked…
But when she took my blood, she sloppily jammed the needle into my arm. I could definitely feel that something was off — and she even apologized, though I wasn’t sure why at the time. Now, a week later, I have a big bruise on my forearm at the site.
Convenient, but totally unprofessional/​irresponsible service here.

Been here twice and both times, I didn’t wait longer than five minutes past my appointment time. I was surprised by how quick the process was here. Even when there was a waiting room filled with people, I was seen quickly, as they told me later, most of them did not have an appointment.
So, if you need blood drawn, go online and book your appointment before going!

The place is definitely not closed! I walked in without an appointment at 7am and though I had to wait a bit (due to people there having prior appointments) the wait wasnt bad and the staff were very professional and nice.
