Hamid helped me when I got my Blackberry. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to get my address book from my laptop into my new phone. It shouldn’t have even been a problem, but I was exasperated with tech support and after hours on the phone was still getting nowhere. So I called Hamid for help. He set it up for me and taught me how to use it. It took him no time at all and he didn’t make me feel like the technnological idiot. Hamid’s a very easygoing, light-​hearted, patient, genuinely nice guy who is reliable and a pleasure to be around. More importantly, he really knows his way around computers. Five Stars!

I had to set up another account in my gmail (so I could send messages from my business email without another program)… and Hamid got it done in no time flat.
Not only that, but for someone like myself who is technologically stunted, I was treated with respect and kindness– He gently walked me through the steps in setting this up making it super-​easy and fast. What a relief to hear a calm, yet enthusiastic voice on the other end of the phone rather than your average frustrated pissed-​off IT guy who hates his job.
Hamid is not just a good techie– He’s also a cool, down-​to-​earth dude who I’ll be calling on again and again for all my crazy mac-​driven issues.
