I don’t think I can remember a better experience in any medical office than I had today at this dental office. I had never been there before and the very nice lady at the front desk shook my hand and said «Welcome to our office» and she remembered from my phone call that I had broken a tooth and had me fill out a brief form. I was immediately taken back to the chair and they took the xray right there. The dentist ACTUALLY STAYED IN THE EXAM ROOM WITH ME AND TALKED WHILE WAITING FOR THE XRAY TO DEVELOP! So after discussing the options we decided to pull the tooth. He told me right there what the cost would be (which was half of what other dentists were quoting)
and made sure I agreed to it and I was done and out of the door in 20 minutes! Excellent experience!
