Excellent staff waited 30 min no big deal. Very nice hygienist, dr. Is a doll. Not an alarmist and very calming. Went to staten island location.

DISGUSTING. the totally inept assistant doesn’t even know how to use the computer. I had very recent xrays from another office in my email. Assistant couldn’t even open the Internet. When I told her HOW TO, she just said «no.» Obviously she wanted to take TOTALLY unnecessary new xrays.
Doctor came in and said «what do you want?» and I said I’m here for an exam. She was just asking if i was here with particular questions. DO YOUR JOB LADY. and after she answered my first general question, she said basically «vsyo?» aka «is that it?» It made me wonder if she had some corny show on DVR and couldnt wait to get home. So rude and unpleasant. Didn’t even get the exam I came out of my way for.
I work in a dental office but my family encourages me to get second opinions/​try out different dentists just in case. It bothered «Dr.» Parshina SOOOO much. She kept making nasty remarks about it. I would have stayed to do the work there if she had not been SO OVER THE TOP RUDE.
I can’t believe this «doctor» took an oath to treat people. Every person in that office needs to be selling pirojki and icecream on Brighton, not working in the dental field. I would give zero starts if I could.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not go here unless you want to be treated like crap.
