I have such a great relationship with this place. I’ve lived in park slope for a little over a year and have been using park slope laundry for most of that time. Mark and his staff are great people… which I have found to be rare at laundromats. $ 15 – 20 to have a load picked up and delivered free of charge, and washed and folded 50 times nicer than I can dream of doing myself is so freaking convenient. Especially as a frequent traveller… the clothes go right into the suitcase and I keep a carry-on ready to go at all times.
I have a code to the building and they drop it off even if I’m not around… even willing to accept payment next time (given I’m a loyal customer of course). Immediately responsive every time. $ 5 more for same day turn around.
I will never do my own laundry again.

I don’t live in their listed service area & they were able to come do a pickup laundry service for me. So def call & see if they can accommodate you. Pickup & dropoff was on time. Clothes came back clean & nicely folded.
They communicate via text, which is a little weird to me but that’s a nitpick. I also didn’t care for the smell of their detergent. My main gripe is there were some charges I didn’t expect. I requested no fabric softener & they charged me $ 4.50. I had a small load, so that was like 20% of my bill just to leave something out of my wash. Ridiculous. Doubt I’ll be using them again. I tried 5 Star Laundry & my clothes were equally clean & folded with no crazy upcharges, so they will be getting my business from now on.

Wonderful service here! I called for pickup/drop off service and the main guy sent his staff to grab my clothes ASAP. We had it back all clean and folded the next night at the time I designated for them. They were kind and friendly the whole time. We have 2 giant loads of laundry (40 lbs) and it amounted to about 38 bucks, so pretty reasonable. They only take cash, but at least the pickup/drop off is free!

The best pickup/deliver laundry service I’ve used in NYC. They’re always available, and usually show up within minutes, super reliable. The quality of the washing is good, but to be honest their reliability are their main advantage to me. They lose a sock every once in a while, but I haven’t had any other problems with my clothes.

My initial review just noted how rude I found the woman who tended the counter of this place. Pretty much the worst. However, I’m pretty sure she no longer has employment here, as it’s been weeks since I’ve seen her scowl. If this is the case, here’s to the management for taking care of that.
The owners of the place are usually in attendance, now, and they are friendly, and keep the business clean and well-maintained. We’ve had a not-so-good experience with the dry cleaning, but it’s very affordable, and we’ve spoken with other patrons who’ve had positive experiences with it.

I had them pick up my laundry and dry cleaning. When they dropped off my laundry I didn’t call and request and schedule a time for pickup, which is what I’m used to. He just randomly showed up and brought it by, he said he was in the neighborhood. Luckily I was home, and it was one of the rare occasions I had cash on me.
I requested my dry cleaning and he just brought it over and it was missing a blouse. He is now going back to look for it.
I give them more stars because they are friendly, but I just think the whole thing is a bit odd. Not sure I will use them again.

Not really 80 cents a pound for wash and fold. Its $ 8.50 for the first 6 pounds and then 80cents a pound thereafter. Also tried to overcharge me… good thing I can do mental math!
Unfortunately one of the only places in the area open (and doing laundry) until 10pm everyday.

I’ve used their drop off service — their prices are very reasonable. They don’t use weird smelling detergents and do a great job folding my clothes. They’re open 7 – 10 every day which is really convenient if you’re having a busy week.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Mark picked up my clothes and delivered them back the next day! Clothes smell great! He is so nice! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! Seriously! I will never do my laundry myself again! They fold so neatly! The clothes smell great! I can’t complain at all! Totally worth it!

Mark does a weekly pick up for us. We’ve been very happy with his service. He’s very personable, and the ladies are also nice when we go in. They don’t skimp on the detergent or bleach, which is actually quite a common problem with pickup/drop off places.
We’ll continue using these guys for the foreseeable future! I strongly recommend them!
