Paradise Flower Shop

Great shop! I came in asking for a 30 dollar bouquet of flowers and was blown away by the quality and time the guy put into it! Put it into a 3 dollar vase and I walked away extremely happy!

I have order ed flowers using the website
. they forward my order to Paradise Flower Shop who made a mess of everything. The flowers are red roses with red carnations. I bought the premium size which ran me $ 80. I would not have like to see the ordinary purchase. Its the worst arrangement I have ever saw. You could have sworn that the flowers were experiencing some kind of hardship. The amount of flowers use? Very little. I confronted them and his response was…“you have never order your flower from some fancy website. Instead use your local flower shop.” That’s what I did. That how he got the order, he is in the neighborhood. Without these convenient website he would never have had my request. Its the worst and his mannerism… you can fuggaboutit!

Disgusting bunches were delivered. Two bunches were delivered. Both of them were terrible.
They put carnation flowers instead of roses!!!
«Guaranteed delivery before 12:00» is really 18:00 in the evening.

Outstanding service from these guys! They will be my primary source for flower delivery as of now. Flowers came as shown on the website!
Website isn’t generic template like the rest of the florists! This was my main appeal to them because it shows dedication to their job not just slapping something to the Internet.
They don’t charge the $ 15 service fee like the rest of the florist. Their delivery charge is free and I didn’t have to pay 7.99 for same day delivery and extra 7.99 for a 4 hour delivery like the other florists because they come under 4 hours (12:30pm placed order, delivered by 4pm). Only tax was applied which completely understandable.
I don’t know these guys, nor are they my friends. It was a pleasure doing business with them, my girlfriend was very happy!

Flowers always look great, but I guess they say «You get what you pay for». That’s because you need to pay a lot for the great flowers.

Basically my boyfriend ordered 3 bouquets on a website which gets their flowers delivered through this place and apparently one of the bouquets were lost in translation. Don’t know how that happened. After a few calls, we got a refund! Never again!

Beautiful! The flowers are very fresh and were delivered with care. The delivery man was friendly. Order came with a box of Blum’s assorted chocolates.

Have been ordering from them for years. Fresh flowers that always last a long time, great arrangements, deliver anywhere in Brooklyn (that I know of) and there were a number of times when they accommodated me for the same day delivery with the last minute notice.
It’s an old school establishment, but the work they do is first rate. Additionally, they have a fully functional website so all order can be done without speaking to anyone.

Not open on Sundays. Hours seem sporadic — which is weird — the are RIGHT ON Coney Island Ave.
Window displays are very old and dusty and need to be cleaned and changed out.
Actual plants and flowers seem fine, though.
It’s an old-​scholl business with a «we don;t need your business» attitude.

You know i never give anybody a rating. This flower shop has awesome flowers. I’ve used them in the past and nothing but stunning work. Being a working mom and in the process of moving I wanted to call them to order balloons for my son for his second birthday. The store opens at 9 am. So before I started work, and before my day became hectic I called at 9:15 am to have an order delivered to my home for my son. The person who picked up the phone went «Hello» and I said «Hi is this the flower shop?» and he replies «Yes, You know we just opened» Like ummm why are you calling so early? UUMMMMM don’t open at 9am then!!! I’m sorry but I got such a horrible taste in my mouth that I was like okay no worries and hung up the phone. This place is well known for their work. But i guess their success has gone to their head. So my advice is this: If u want great flowers they are the place, but don’t call when they first open!!! :(or If you want to deal with someone who is more then happy to accommodate you. Because, clearly this person was not happy to accommodate me at all. So yes when it comes to customer service, I’ve experienced better!!!
