Papa John’s Pizza

Do not order from this place. It is horrible. Absolutely horrible. The manager took my over the phone and the order still came out wrong. I called and told him and he said a new pizza would arrive in 35 minutes. The phone call wasn’t even finished and he hung up the phone. An hour goes by and still no redo order at my door. I call again and he tells me that it is in route and should be there in 15 – 20 minutes. Another hour goes by and still no pizza. I call back again and talk to a night manager who knows absolutely nothing about nothing. I wait on the phone while he calls the other manager who has left for the day and he tells him that the order was never made. All of a sudden I see red. I’m pissed. He tells me that he is going to make me another pizza and send it out. I tell him that I want my money back. He says no, that he can’t do that because the other manager took the money. So there is no money in the building?! This dude is a poor excuse for an employee let alone a manager of any establishment. The other manager Jewell or something needs to work on his customer service skills and they both need to go through training again. This place needs to be closed or taken over ASAP. It’s ridiculous. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work under these poor excuse for managers. He would not give me a number to his district manager or email address. Nor would he give me his name.
Long story short… DON’T PURCHASE FOOD FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I stopped eating papa johns because of this place !! Never had so much trouble to get a pizza, delivery person doesn’t even want to get out of there car to bring you the pizza they want you go come out your house and walk to there car to pick up a delivered pizza ?? Is it me ?? Then get an attitude when you don’t give them a tip ?? Wow !! Then after all that they never send you the style of pizza you order, you call back and everyone’s upset, screaming at you that you ordered the wrong one, how ?? Trust me STAY AWAY !!!

I ordered online, as I do most of the time. Got my email which said 30 minutes. We were super hungry, but could make it the 30 minutes. After an HOUR went by, I decided to call to find out where the heck was my pizza (I live a few blocks from this place). NO ANSWER, just the pre-​recorded message playing over and over. Do you know how annoying that message from Papa John is when your starving??? Called back 3 times, waited about 5 mins each time, NO ANSWER!!!
Thinking this spot may be closed, we decide to make an order from another pizzeria. As I’m making the NEW order, I get a call on the other line…“Your pizzas here”. I hang up on the other pizzeria and go get my pizza. I told the delivery girls we had been waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF and she says «another locations oven broke, so the owner said he would take there orders, but than couldn’t keep up with them, so he decided he wasn’t taking anymore orders at all, and isn’t picking up the phone» I had no response to this stupidity, and just gave her the money for the pizza. She had the NERVE to give me 5 singles back and «STARE» at me. They had charged me a 2 dollar delivery charge and then took an HOUR AND A HALF… SORRY LADY BUT MY TIP TO YOU IS TO TELL YOUR BOSS HOW HIS IDIOTNESS IS AFFECTING YOU!!!

This restaurant definitely need customer service, coaching and development from there corporate office. I purchase a pizza using my MasterCard at 11 p.m., keeping in mind that the store close at 1 a.m. my card was charged at 2:30 a.m. my pizza still did not arrived. Finally I went online and I got the 800 number call them to find out what was happening unfortunately to my surprise the store with clothes on no 1 was there to actually Handel my claim. At 10 8 a.m. the next morning. I contacted the Store Manager to find out what was the problem. Half an hour after I receive my pizza. That moment I really had lost interest in eating the pizza based on the fact of the level of service that I receive, the way they speak so ghetto, with a rude bad attitude. Papa John pizza is great but Papa Johns Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn New York store is horrible…
No buiness from me ever again.

Not gonna lie… im a cheese lover and their pizza with extra cheese, three cheese blend with the garlic butter dip is delicious. However, it is a little expensive if there aren’t any good deals going on
