Papa John’s Pizza

I would’ve give them 0 stars but I don’t have the option.
Poor customer service, I ordered pizza on line two hours ago and didn’t get it.
When I tried to call the place, they always put me on hold for at least 5 minutes and then told me it will take another 25 minutes, I waited and guess what, yeah you are right still didn’t got my pizza. I’m not going to this place again and you shouldn’t either

I would like to give 0 stars but I can’t so here you go. I waited 80 minutes and decided to call to see what was going on. The lady on the phone told me that they were 2 hrs behind and they haven’t even made my order so if i wanted to it would be best to cancel. Seriously ??? So I told her alright in sorry but I’m going to cancel, and she says «it’s ok I don’t care bye». Who are they hiring? These people need to learn manners. This is no way to speak to anyone.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered nearly 2 hours ago and still no pizza. Obviously when i called to know what was happening the guy on the phone was VERY rude. It’s my second time waiting for ever for my food. Will never order from here again.

If you have to get a pizza from this place its best to go to the «restaurant» and order in person.
If you order a specialty pizza online and order extra pepperoni or other meat toppings you will not get any extra for your money. The drivers are liars and the people taking calls are liars.

Never had a problem. I’ve ordered delivery and pick up from here for my class. They always tell me how long it will take and it’s usually just about right. My students like the pizza. My only complaint would be messy topping spreading. My pepperoni is all OVER the place, including the crust :-/​Otherwise, no complaints. It’s your standard Papa John’s Pizza… nothing gourmet, just basic.

Seriously everyone who works here has zero people skills and i believe nothing higher than a second grade education. whenever i order from this place there is ALWAYS and WITHOUT FAIL something wrong in my order. This place is literally a 10minute walk from my house (we timed it one time) and the delivery every time has come 45+minutes after i place the order. we are right up the street! one time our food came 1 hour and 30minutes after placing the order so i called to complain because the pizza was ice cold. they told me i had two options: either i could wait through all the other orders they had (another hour and a half) for them to bring me a fresh, maybe hot, pizza, or i could take a credit for a free pizza. i took the credit and tonight i called (from the same phone, same address) and they said they have so such record (yet they have records of what my order was last time i got delivery from them!) Everything happens for a reason, and it this case them losing my free pizza credit has set me free off the curse of papa johns and i will never order anything from there again!
