Called them to repair my windows since they were not locking as they should. The guy had to comedown 4 times and its still not resolved. They say its working fine, but in reality its not.

Olympic Glass cares NOTHING for the customer. 4 cancelled appointments before i got an estimate and gave them $ 300 cash deposit. They removed the skylight, left it unsealed, and water came in to the newly re done room. Olympic then failed to show 3 more times claming every excuse under the sun until they finally admitted they couldnt provide a new seal. 10 days ago MINOS said he mailed my refunded deposit.
Clearly i will be in small claims court over this. be sure to check out my pictures of the damage.
OLYMPIC GLASS IS UNRELIABLE AND THE OWNERS ARE WITHOUT HONOR
